Subject: Unauthorized charges. On 09/18 they were having credit card machine issues so they were writing down credit card... information on a slip to be charged later (for the folks that weren't carrying sufficient cash). I wrote the exact amount to becharged next to my card information as advised and also left a generous tips in cash. Later I checked my account and this placesubmitted an unauthorized charge for way more than what we owed (minus the tips, which was paid in cash and also annotated onthe same slip). The food was 4 stars, the waitress was nice, but whoever processed the payment submitted an unauthorized charge,so zero stars overall. Read more
Maybe not the greatest time to forcefully talk to staff about wrong plates going to wrong tables at the entrance to the expo... line. Manager stepped over fallen kids menu on the floor several times before a server picked it up. From a former restaurantmanager to another, guest experience perception is everything, cleanliness matters. Read more
Alana or whatever her name is, is rude. Her costumer service is not it. I?ve been a server for 5 years and never have I ever... experienced that. On top of it the female manager that works here is a pusher, 30/40 min wait when no one?s here? Ridiculous. Ilove this place & how convenient and 24 hour but damn focus on a healthy staff maybe?. Picked up carry out. Thought I was ordering from different location. Also accident on I-25 made me even later. So food was cool... and even cooler when I got home. But That isn't my complaint. I ordered over medium eggs and they were definitely over easy.Otherwise delicious. Read more
I never knew the burgers at IHOP were so great! Our server Casey was awesome; Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and perfectly... available, never too much or too little. It was too cold imo, but that's ok, I grabbed a sweatshirt from the car. Read more
The food was as expected, good but nothing exceptional. It's a bit overpriced for the quality, but if you go with kids during... their "kids eat free" timeframe, it works out to be a better value. Our server was very friendly, though it took staff at leastfive minutes to acknowledge that we walked in the door, at which point the manager briskly said we'd have to wait at least 10-20minutes because he was slammed with takeout orders. He seemed (understandably) frazzled as they were short-staffed, but I wouldhave appreciated better customer service - a "Hello, we'll be with you shortly" up on entering, then a "Sorry for the wait, wewill seat you as soon as we can. Would you like to look at a menu in the meantime?" Pancakes were the winner for best item (Imean, it is I-HOP), but my family members said they enjoyed hamburgers too. Will we be back? Probably. Will this be our goto-place when we want breakfast food out? Probably not. Read more
