My first time ordering Jimmy John's delivery and holy smokes! 12 minutes between the time I ordered online and my sandwich... arrived. Not only was it "freaky fast", they got all of the customizations right and the sandwich was great. Will definitelyorder again! Read more
Not happy. I'm not usually one to complain but after reading other reviews I can see it's not just me. Three sandwiches took 40... mins in the drive through. We had the daytime manager in the car with us. She was in complete shock as to what was happening. Idon't mind waiting if i have a big order but 3 sandwiches taking 40 mins was a bit much. I don?t comment or review very much but, I definitely want to give a shout out to this staff. I came in on 11/23/18 at... approximately 1630, and on 11/24/18 at approximately 1845. Both times I ordered a sandwich and sat in the restaurant to eat. Thestaff was extremely polite and welcoming, they were keeping busy, working hard, at least while I was in there. I did over heartheir conversations and they were appropriate and professional. They were constantly cleaning and appeared to be sharing theresponsibilities. If I was the manager at this establishment, I would be proud of your staff. I?m not a critic or anything but Ijust wanted someone to know that they made me feel very welcome. Have a great day!
