Ordered 16 piece meal with 4 large sides. First, they forgot to give me my sides so I had to go back in. Second, they barely... put any potatoes in the container. The container itself already seems smaller than the old version. This won?t feed a familyof 4. Off to make potatoes which is what I was trying to avoid by ordering KFC! $59 is too much to spend and have to make myown sides. Read more
Usually pretty good but only ordered 2 chicken sandwichs and it took over 30 mins and when I got up to pay they did not have it... ready and she said they didn't put it in yet. Needless to say won't be back anytime soon. Read more
Place rips you off dried nasty tenders. Biscuits sit for hours. Think the colonel spinning in his casket. I do think they are... smoking magic weed. Never heard a response from owner.i deleted my 3 page response. Now it will be addressed at corporatelevel. So owner eat your nasty chicken.really you don't care! The staff can answer any questions you have and our food came out quickly and warm and tasted good. I would have given 5 stars,... but i thought it was strange that when I asked about a menu item they told me we could only order it online for pickup, but wewere already there so we couldn't order it. I was sad to find out that this location does not carry the baked chicken any longer. I am not sure if all KFCs are cutting... this, but I will have to look around to find out. I do like that this location also has a Long John Silver's, so we can dine inor take out from one place, even if not eveyrone wants to eat chicken. Read more
I was so hopeful after our last visit that this store was getting better. Tonight was a huge disappointment. After spending... over $40 I'm missing half my order. Don't have a receipt to fill out a survey (I'm sure that's the purpose of not having areceipt) and I just can't turn around and go back. Read more
Such a great experience. My order was wrong because of me and KFC fixed it at No extra cost! Now that is great service.
