Ordered a meal for delivery on the app. After about 1/2 an hour received an email that said order was delivered. I don't know... where they delivered it to but it wasn't me. I had to call the store 3 times to get them to answer the phone. Who ever I talkedto was very annoyed that she had to talk to me at all. Said it looked like someone picked up the order. Told her I didn't getit. She said call this 800 number to get a refund I don't deal with anything like that. The Kentucky fried chicken was good but the car jacking in the parking lot was bad. Do not leave your car unattended at this... location. It is probably one of the worst neighborhoods that Kentucky fried chicken could have an establishment. As for the carjacking it?s a routine thing here so, roll them up and lock them. Did I mention that it?s a high crime rate neighborhood.Probably best that you only go through the drive-through. I mean they didn?t even call the police because there?s so much crime.The guy was just stunned his car got stolen and it was routine for the employees to witness this regularly. Pulled into the drive in place my order, pulled up to the window and paid... then sat for 10mins then the younger heavy girl... working the window, proceeded to open the window and go "can i help you with something?" My friend and I went through the drive through, ordered our food, they forgot a receipt. And on the sign right by the door, says... if we forget your receipt, your meal is free. So we waited until someone came back to the door. My friend asked if her meal isfree, went and got the Manager, who gave us the DIRTIEST look I?ve ever seen on a human. And she said do you want a refund then.Of course she said yes, and she slammed the door.. we were both in complete shock that, that just happened. Came back gave her,her card and then SLAMMED the door again but even worse! Couldn?t believe it! Never in my life have I ever seen customer servicethis bad.
