I love this spot. Pizzas always great. Employees are always professional. But on a slightly separate note: I would recommend you... ask the Missions Commons management to address these guys? always see around 20-40 every morning I go to the gym. After reading all the reviews on here we were skeptical about delivery but we decided to take a chance anyway and order for the... first time since my husband wanted to try their pizza. We placed the order around 5:10pm on Saturday and the estimated deliverytime was 6:15pm. We got our order delivered at 5:40pm. This is the first time we had pizza from Marcos and compared to othermajor pizza companies it wasn't anything super special. It was pretty comparable to the ones we normally get food from but a bitmore on the pricy side. The one thing that stood out was the Buffalo wings. They are some of the best wings we have had from apizza restaurant. Because of them we will probably keep ordering from Marcos. My only complaint is the pizza and cheese breadwere not thoroughly cut through all the way and we had to pull out a pizza cutter and the pepperoni pizza was a bit greasy butthe kids Loved it. Beside this it was a positive experience. The delivery employee was pleasant as well. I would recommendMarcos. Read more
Wow talk about customer service, then going above and beyond that! They called that they had to redo our order which was... courteous. Then they delivered our order promptly after. A little later we received another delivery which was the replacementorder. So we ended up with double the order. Such tasty pizza, hot and fresh, and great service! The pizza is great but they gave my order to someone else and I had wait another 45 minutes. She was really apologetic and nice... but it was kind of a poor experience. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for our pick up order, then realized when we got home it was not our order. Spoke to a manager who told me I... had to drive back to pick up the correct order which was now cold. Was then told to call corporate and complain as there wasnothing they could do for me in the store, including remaking the pizza so it would at least be fresh. We love Marcos! Friendly staff, clean environment, nice outdoor seating. Great happy hour too. I had a Greek salad and deluxe... pizza bowl and both were great. The kids loved their pepperoni pizza! Read more
So this has been a growing issue but this was the latest and final straw. Not only we?re all the crust toppings just left off,... the pizzas themselves were hugely disproportionate. Over a 1/3 of the pizza was just crust. Bland, tasteless chewy crust. Thesewere supposed to be mediums and they were somewhere between a small and a medium with the bizarre shape and over abundance ofcrust. I feel like I paid mostly for just bread. Again that had no flavor due to all the crust toppings just being left off. Itried stating something through the survey/ give feedback on the website and have not heard from anyone. Apparently customerservice isn?t a priority. Sucks because this was my favorite pizza place and honestly only one I liked in my area. I?ve been infood service for over 14 years so I get bad days happen but the fact this was such a mess up, no quality control was done beforebeing sent out AND ignoring the feedback done on the survey? I just have lost faith in Marcos. In the end, double check yourfood because it?s more than likely not going to be what you were expecting. Used to be 5 stars but apparently they have new owners and what used to cost $10 is now $20. There also seems to be less sauce... and toppings. Lots of crust. The staff was still friendly as always. I know times are tough but dang.... times are tough forme too. This will no longer be my go to place. Read more
