Terrible customer service!!! Apparently they do business with 1-800-flowers as a third party supplier. Someone spent a lot of... money on sending me an edible arrangement that unfortunately landed in their hands. Menchies received the order, made it anddelivered it on the WRONG date. It sat outside rotting in 100 degree heat for 3 hours. I called them requesting a remake of theorder or a refund to the sender. It is 100% their fault they made the arrangement and had it delivered on the WRONG date. Allthey did was try to pawn me off on 1-800-flowers instead of rectifying their wrong. They should not be doing anything but makingfrozen yogurt if they can?t read a simple delivery date correctly. I will also be reporting this to the BBB. It is so sad thatthey can?t take ownership of their mistake over a freaking gift to someone. Read more

Always an interesting trip letting middle schoolers serve their own froyo. Always great and clean

No coffee flavor. They replaced it with the worst flavor possible. Sad.

We tried it for the first time last night. I love that they have ice coffee froyo. This little frozen yogurt shop in Westminster... is a self-serve style shop with lots of flavors and add-ons. I?m a big fan of the chocolate & ice coffee combination. ???? Read more

This was disappointing to say the least. Literally all of the flavors were out, even the basic vanilla. The two girls that were... ?working? weren?t doing anything but talking and huddling over a phone. They didn?t ask if how it was and they couldn?t careless when I tried to tell them that they are out of all of their flavors. And the tables inside and outside were disgusting! Read more

Was sooo dark in the yogurt area. ALL window were filthy don't think they have EVER been washed. Not busy when we were in there... looks like the employee could at least wash one in between customers. Made me wonder if windows are that dirty wonder what otherareas look like. YUCK. Read more

The location is fairly small, and they were out of a LOT of their add ons when we visited, and the ones that were there seemed... like they had been sitting there for a very long time. It was a fair price, compared to other places, but overall wasnt thatgreat of an experience. It is all self serve until you pay. The outdoor seating wasnt great, and 7 of us had to use a smallbench to make things work. Read more
