It was very short staffed for the afternoon. The enployees worked hard and deserve a raise for the amount of unnecessary stress... some of the other customers decided to pile on even though it was apparent that they did not have enough staffing at the time.Hopefully people can step away from whatever entitlement they think they have and be reminded that they are not the center ofthe universe. We have visited this restaurant many times over the years and have had mostly good experiences. No complaints. Until today... (10/13). We arrived at about 5:30 and understand they were busy, but there was no excuse for the way we were treated by teammember Monique. She was extremely rude. There was no broccoli beef and no offer to have some made. There is an item on the menuthat is apparently "not available here at this location!" Why is it on the menu if it's not available here? And there was "notenough orange chicken for an order!" And yet a fresh pan of orange chicken became available before we were done placing ourorder. i placed an order for pickup over an hour before they closed. when i went to pick it up they had shut everything down and thrown... out all their food already. The cherry on top was telling me I need to call tomorrow when a manager is in for a refund. So nextday I call and speak with manager DINA. she tells me she will call her boss to refund me and then call me back. Well she did notcall me back so I called again later and she tells me she will call her boss and AGAIN that she will call me back even checksshe has my number. Surprise? SHE DIDNT CALL ME! Today, still no refund. I called my bank to ask if they saw anything pendingthat isn?t visible to me yet, confirmed that NOPE! NO REFUND! So I call DINA AGAIN and she tells me they already submitted it. Iexplained to her this is not true and my bank has confirmed this, I asked if I can come get cash back she says no ? (shady).Anyway? she started to give me the story about needing to call her manager again right? So at this point I asked if she can havehim call me directly since we are not making progress. What does little miss dina do? WALKS AWAY FROM THE PHONE. Sorry you seemto need $30 so badly Dina, but I will absolutely be calling you back and coming into the store until I have my money again.Maybe consider doing your job next time and not ignoring customers! Came in Wednesday around 1230 to pick up an Uber eats order. It took over 30 minutes to complete. While I was waiting I noticed... staff making fun of other customers that were complaining about waiting upwards of 15 minutes for items they had already payedand were waiting for. I get off of work in the same plaza as this location and they say they close at 9:30 but they have no food and are completely... done cleaning by 8pm. I get off of work at 8 and I would eat here 5 days a week but they never have food after 8 when they closeat 9:30. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. No rice and no meats.
