Ordered a pizza at 7pm waited 2 hours and nothing. I contacted the store and they said the driver couldn't contact me. I also... ordered CONTACTLESS "dri er will leave at the door". I also have a ring doorbell and I never had anyone arrive so I have nocamera footage. Anyway the guy who I spoke to refunded me(hopefully I will check bank statements later) and remade my order hadto go pick it up though which defeated the purpose of delivery since I was too tied up at home to leave the house in the firstplace. Great in store customer service. Bad bad driver. I've NEVER had an issue with a driver leaving an order for a CONTACTLESSorder. Read more
Decent pizza that was on time but a bit dry. The toppings were good and the delivery person polite.

Terrible experience, waited an hour and half for my order , called to check on it and they had closed, and my card was charged.... When asked about it , he said it should be in account but obviously it wasn't since I had already got a text saying it was. Thenproceeded to tell me I will get a friendly call from his boss explaining the situation...pizza hut is the McDonald's of deliverybut come on , this is ridiculous... Read more
Ordered a Pizza for delivery that never came. I can understand busy night so I didnt rush them but when 3 hours hit and there... store was closed I called. They said my pizza was for carryout and nobody showed up so they threw it away... Asked for a refundand they gave me everything except the delivery fee... They had my number I have an account they could have called me if it wascarryout, which it wasnt. Read more
My pizzas arrived barely warm, missing my order of Cinnabons. I immediately called and was offered at least an hour wait time... for re-delivery or a future credit. I declined both offers since I SHOULD have been offered a refund for something I paid forand never received. I will not be ordering Pizza Hut in the future...very disappointing experience. :( Read more
The staff was working so hard and so busy when I arrived to get my pizza. When I got home and opened the box it was very well... made, had an excellent amount of cheese on it, and was overall really delicious. Even though they were super busy, they stilltook the time to make us a great pizza. Thanks so much! Read more
I ordered for curbside pickup since I am handicapped and I was taking this to a church dinner at 5:30. The ready time was 5:15... and that is when I arrived. I chose the option on my email to tell them I was here and it instructed me to call. I phoned threetimes and let it ring for a long time until it cut off, the fourth time someone answered and asked me to hold. I held for over8 minutes when a delivery driver came by. I asked him to let them know I was there and he did and he came back 4 minutes laterand very graciously handed me my pizza. It was then 5:39 and I left for my church dinner. When I arrived, everyone had eatenand no one wanted pizza. It was a waste of time and money. Read more
