Whomever is hiring for this location is not hiring the right people. The employees are not enthusiastic about the job. They're... not happy to be there. I decided to try this place again, silly me. This time they have charged my card four times. Some district manager is... supposed to get back to me, but last time I had an issue, there was no response from the manager, so I doubt it. Guess I paid80 dollars for two dinners. Thieves. I don?t usually leave reviews, but the last 3 times I?ve come in the rice has been entirely undercooked to the point that I... occasionally hurt my teeth a little on a grain that?s too hard. Rice should be soft. Al dente is a concept that should be leftfor pasta. Unfortunately, I always order to go so I don?t notice until I?m long gone.
