Whomever is hiring for this location is not hiring the right people. The employees are not enthusiastic about the job. They're... not happy to be there. I can understand that, but there is an attitude dealing with customers. The bathrooms are locked, so yougot to ask for the code. Food itself is good. Read more

I decided to try this place again, silly me. This time they have charged my card four times. Some district manager is... supposed to get back to me, but last time I had an issue, there was no response from the manager, so I doubt it. Guess I paid80 dollars for two dinners. Thieves. I don?t usually leave reviews, but the last 3 times I?ve come in the rice has been entirely undercooked to the point that I... occasionally hurt my teeth a little on a grain that?s too hard. Rice should be soft. Al dente is a concept that should be leftfor pasta. Unfortunately, I always order to go so I don?t notice until I?m long gone. However lately if I get there after I get off work, just around 9:15, there... is no food, everything is pretty much sold out, rice and veggies and all, and it looks like they are closing down for the night.Probably should just close at 9pm from now on. Would have given 0 if there is a option. The server name is Maddy, I felt discriminated. We are 3 people and She does not even... allow a woman to use restroom and ask to wait until she ordered her food. We are inside store and we wont run away after comingto counter without ordering food. Even if its a company policy she should have known how to talk. Worst experience ! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, everyone gave me dirty looks including the associate with the red hair she was probably... the supervisor but she wore a black shirt and the others wore yellow. I was very polite in asking for a sample of the sweetchili chicken and everyone looked at me like I said something offensive. The burrito was god awful and to make it taste a littlebetter I asked for a side salsa. The red head poured my salsa and threw it on the counter and it almost fell over the counter.After standing there trying to process what I just witnessed she looked at me as if she was not aware of what she did. I toldher that I did not appreciate the way she handed me the salsa. She grinned and said sorry and resumed what she was doing withoutreally acknowledging what happened or my presence. Horrible customer service? Absolutely. Prejudice and racism? Possibly. Firsttime at Qdoba and I will NOT be dining here again. Some advice, please train your associates in customer service and DEI.
