Was not impressed with the quality of the taco. The shredded cheese is a major factor in the flavor profile and it simply is not... great. The habanero sauce had a strong kick. Tasty tacos! All of them we tried were good. These were all soft tacos. Not sure if they serve hard shell ones. All were freshly... made. They have a bunch of sauces in the fridge to choose from. Chips and salsa and queso were also good. Chips were warm andfresh. Read more
First, the tacos I ordered had more onions on them than meat. Not a huge deal, I was able to scrape off what wasn't needed. But... biting into the taco I was met with something crunchy/hard that hurt my tooth. Not only were the potatoes majorly dehydrated,the meat was over cooked to the point it had small, burnt, hard pieces throughout it. I had to throw away my food and getsomething else for dinner. UPDATE: In the last few weeks we decided to give R Taco another try and had no issues with our order, so I've changed my rating.... Their tacos are delicious though I do recommend that if you order food from here you physically check each taco before youleave, lest you be disappointed as we were!! Old review When my boyfriend first introduced me to this taco place, I fell inlove. R Taco has the best damn tacos I've ever had in my life. Which is why it pains me to leave one star like this. The pastfew times we've ordered there have been minor mistakes, like the wrong taco, or no extra avocado that we paid for. Given howgood the tacos are, we chose to overlook it. Today however we received our food and there were so many mistakes. We did notreceive any salsa. I ordered the dynamite shrimp (right) and fried chicken (left). The dynamite shrimp was missing Avocado andjalapeno ranch. The fried chicken was missing the jalapeno ranch as well. My boyfriend ordered two stacked and loaded tacos butthere was no queso in either of them. We literally received half- finished tacos. Had a great dinner with Grilled shrimp taco's, made perfectly with fresh fixings and wrapped in a fresh corn tortilla, they... hold together while eating them so you know they are fresh. If your gluten free this taco is for you. Read more
Ever since the 1st time I've come here they have been awesome. Great food and tacos w 3 different hot sauces that are also great... as well as Sriracha. Jeremiah, my cashier, was very polite and helpful. I'd definitely recommend coming here for a delicioustaco thats served up in a timely fashion. ???? Read more
?I?m not mad, just disappointed? I have been to many ?taco? places and this has been among the least impressive of... establishments. To start the not only got the order wrong, but also didn?t bring everything out when the receipt was on the trayTHEY had them on. The margaritas tasted more like water than a proper drink. The tacos themselves? Actually not too bad, butmore grease than necessary? dripping onto the tray. The abundance of raw vegetables overwhelmed the otherwise decent tastingmeat.
