Have been into this location several times. 1st time over 2 years ago pre Covid and not impressed, very bland. Recently however,... I went in on several different occasions and food was hot and made with perfection. I understand post Covid they had hiringissues. I?m real happy with their ?Colorado? anything!!! However, I have seen some very nasty customers act out for no reason.Treating the staff horribly, again on several occasions!. No wonder they have a hard time keeping people. People in this areaseem to be entitled and down right rude. I?ve seen what seems to be scams right in front of my family. The young men who workthere have always treated us right. Their younger cook post Covid is great and always made sure our food was hot and preparedperfectly. He has been our cook last couple times and was very friendly. We will bring the family back to try more! Everythingso far has been great. Clean and enjoyable environment, minus some really horrible customers. Read more
We ordered these burgers because Hocus Pocus two was premiering that night on Disney plus. We got take out and everything seemed... to be fine until we got home and started eating them. I got a black bean burger because I like those better, but I saw that mylittle brothers burger was pink on the inside. So I went over to see and saw the inside was COMPLETELY RAW!!!! What theheck?????? The same problem with my moms burger. My dad also has a black bean huger so we didn?t have to worry about him. Whenmy dad called Smashburger, the guy on the other end tried to spin concerned and said he was sorry. We eventlly got two otherburgers for free but they were also still raw!!!! We love that they have a gluten free bun!! We had regular fries and the sweet potato fries, both were really good. Unfortunately... the burgers fell a little short. They were dry and kinda bland which is a bummer because we've had good burgers at otherlocations. We'll give it another shot though. Read more
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken borders were raw...absolutely disgusting and dangerous. I picked up my order... and went home. Saw the raw edges of grilled chicken.Immediately called them .They didn't sound very concerned. Almost spoke asif I am lying . Offered my money back (which I haven't received yet btw) Never again. I have already emailed as perinstructions in the response to my review. Haven't received any reply from company yet. I am appalled at this behavior. Read more

We ordered our food online and it said it would be ready at 2 PM, we arrived exactly on time and our food was ready! The... restaurant was pretty empty (on a Sunday) but very clean. The staff was friendly and our food was extremely good. I?m onlygiving them 4 stars for two reasons.....First, my burger was so messy that stuff was dripping out of the package onto me and Icould barely eat the burger without it going everywhere (picture below). I think I used at least 10 napkins. The other reasonis because when the cashier handed us our cups, she had her fingers inside of them instead of on the outside, like you wouldexpect someone in a restaurant to hand you them to you.
