Ordered food during a school fundraiser night. The owner/manager did not staff enough employees, so the poor kids working... tonight were so behind, stressed and hearing it from frustrated customers. They had to stop taking orders because they were sobehind. My food took longer than it should, so when I got it I grabbed it and left before my kids would meltdown. When I gothome I noticed that FOUR items were missing from my order of ten items. Additionally, none of the sauces I ordered werethere. So I overpaid for a very small amount of food and had to find other things for my kids to eat (most of the missing itemswere theirs.) This was not the employees fault. They were kind and trying their best and were kind. The owner/manager put themin a horrible position by leaving them so understaffed on a night with a fundraiser that was bringing in a lot of volume. Andthe school will raise less money since families left due to wait times and then were turned away when they stopped orders. Read more

Mostly good food, terribly slow service. The cashier was super friendly at least. I ordered in store for "to go" and there were... maybe 2 people ahead of me who hadn't gotten their orders yet and somehow it took 30 minutes for me to get my food. Of coursethe fries were done first and they sat on the counter the whole time. One of the burgers had a patty burnt to a crisp, so muchso that it scratched on the way down. Also, inexplicably, they said they couldn't add tomatoes and lettuce to the kids' burgers. Read more

Got the Bacon Double Smash with Tots and a drink. $17.53 after tax. You may have to put a down payment or on layaway for this... meal. Really good burger. I like the bacon to be crispy but this burger didn't have crispy bacon (Chris P. Bacon). Pics arebelow. :) Read more

Extremely slow service, but they gave us a coupon for waiting. One time they were out of dairy free shake, but this time they... had it, but apparently I couldn?t have one because it was ?very frozen? whatever that means for ice cream. The double classicwas nasty. The patties were about 3 inches diameter in size and so thin that when they extra overcooked them to triple extrawell done they were like little crunchy meat cookies or those really crunchy potato chips. I remember a time when the pattieswere larger, thicker, juicier, and tastier. I like the idea that they cook the burgers in butter and the fries in tallow. Are mycomplaints an anomaly? I?ve had a bad experience at this location twice. Are there other locations that are better or is this aconsistent company standard? Also, the restaurant wasn?t very clean. Read more

It took 35mins for 2 burgers, fries, tots and a shake?. Paid $35+ for a meal for 2 and there?s was a hair in my burger. Very... very disappointed. Usually I will travel to In N Out but since smash burger is so close decided to try it for the first time.Never again. In N Out rules supreme! Read more

The food tastes good.. but my kid got a pretty raw burger. For $50+ for 4 people to eat, you'd think it would be better. Also,... it was pretty dirty. Read more

Solid burgers but when you place an order 30min ahead and wait 55 min it's not worth it. Can't cancel order since we bought... online means your stuck. I'm writing this on min 57min so yes I'm biased but based on the look on the other, counting 8 peoplewaiting for food it's a shared feeling. Way to many burgers places you can eat at so be warned or come expecting it. Read more

Perfect seasoning on the beef patty and fresh, crisp and bright tasty toppings make a great burger! The fries are great too!... Treat yourself if you get the chance. Read more
