Poor service, TERRIBLE management, 50% of the time they can?t get a drink right!! Manager thinks I need to allow for more human... errors?? shocking response?.as if a 50% error ratio is somehow reasonable. The employees here are always super friendly and I always get the correct order in a timely manner!
This Starbucks was great. Customer service was a great and all the staff was so nice. This is normal for most of these coffee... shops. They also had a huge selection without being out all the time unlike brighton locations, whom never have much in stock. Read more
