Poor service, TERRIBLE management, 50% of the time they can?t get a drink right!! Manager thinks I need to allow for more human... errors?? shocking response?.as if a 50% error ratio is somehow reasonable. The fact that I have said nothing about the errorsuntil today means I have been more than patient! This Starbucks was great. Customer service was a great and all the staff was so nice. This is normal for most of these coffee... shops. They also had a huge selection without being out all the time unlike brighton locations, whom never have much in stock. Read more
I?m so sick of businesses saying online that they are open until a certain time, so you drive all the way there and then they... are closed! You said online you were open til 9 so I put my little guy in his car seat and drive all the way over which isn?tclose, but I decided to come because it was the only one open, and y?all are closed! It was 8:30. If you change your hours thenfine, but please change the hours online because people depend on that information. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks. I waited in line for 10 minutes by the ordering window and no one ever got my order. I was stuck in... the drive through line because of the cars in front and back of me. The cars in front of me eventually left without anything andI drove through. There was no signs indication they were closed. This has happened several times. I do not recommend thisStarbucks. I asked for a tall blonde roast and a croissant. They said it would 5 minutes. I've waited long enough to get annoyed, ask about... it, get apologized to, wait another 10 minutes, pull out my phone and write this review. I'm still. Waiting. Read more
A bit pricey but nothing beats a nice light iced pink drink or a warm caramel apple spice.
