I haven't been to a Starbucks in years. I was given a 5.00 card from work to get myself a coffee. I went to this Starbucks... today and a tall Latte was 5.05. I had change in the car, but the girl at the register just seemed so uncaring and said "I'mgoing to need 5 more cents if you want that Latte" If it was me, I would've said "I got u on the nickel, hope you have a greatday!" Whatever happened to that sort of thing? I got my card back and went to another Starbucks. They were nicer and thedrink was 4.95 and I tipped 1.50 with change from my car. Needs improvement. The staff likes to hold private conversations while there are a bunch of people waiting on orders. They are... very slow, took my mobile order 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready to finally come out (and it was just a simple coldbrew). This is unacceptable when customers are typically on their way to work when they order. Do us a favor and retrain theseemployees or hire new ones. Read more

The cashier got two of my drinks wrong so I went back and asked to get a refund and switch the drinks because they were really... bad. she only refunded one of the drinks instead of both of them. i ordered two different drinks instead but i had to pay forone of them when i was told i would get a full refund. so i basically had to pay for the cashiers mistake. I had a great experience today at this Starbucks. We visited this location on a Thursday around noon. It was kind of busy but... the barista made sure to greet everyone walking in and they went through the line pretty fast. I was surprised how quickly ourdrinks were made since they were so busy, and they were made exactly as we ordered. The only downside of this location is theparking lot, it's so tiny but overall, we had a great experience and I will definitely be back. Read more
