This location rarely has cold brew available. You shouldn?t preview it on the menu when it?s always out. The staff make it I?ve... been in the morning and afternoon when it?s out. My drink didn?t taste right. Rather than simply remaking it they criticized other Starbucks and said they don?t make them to... standard. When the barista remade my drink she aggressively slid it across the counter while still complaining about remaking itand blaming me because I like light ice. I get the same drink each time at various locations and have never had to complainuntil this location. I was given a $4 off card for my next visit when I went to use it it was inactive and invalid. This is the Starbucks I go to the most as it is by my job and I can't rave enough about the customer service. All of the... baristas and very friendly. Occasionally they will mess up your drinks but will gladly fix them when it happens. They also arealways very busy and usually still prepare their drinks pretty quickly. Read more
I went over to the target Starbucks and they were very rude to me when I had asked for a little extra sweet cream and they... didn?t even add my vanilla in she just threw everything in a new cup with doing nothing and handed it to me and was very rudeabout it. So I came over to the actual Starbucks across the street and told two girls what happened and they were the mostapologetic and kind about it offered to remake my drink for me when it wasn?t even their mistake. They could have been rude butinstead they were super kind and they offered me make me a new one. I got my sweet cream and was happy again!! Everytime I get this drink, I ask for light ice. This location didn't even give this to me filled up AND it's half full of ice.... This isn't the first time either. Just make the drinks how people ask. I don't pay $6 for a cup of ice. Read more
My wife and I got a lovely drink. The barista happily promoted their new #CinnamonShortbread when questioned about what Birthday... drink we should get. Very joyous spot. Kind of hidden. But like many #Starbucks they have lovely artwork on the walls! Read more
Very nice Starbucks location in Westminster Colorado. Walking distance from a variety of nearby hotels makes this a great... morning spot for travelers. Drive through and cafe seating. Full menu of Starbucks options. Friendly staff. Some Colorado themedmerch if you are after a souvenir. Read more
