Had to ask them twice to make my first order. I ordered a nitro cold brew and a carmel ribbon crunch frap. The frap was dripping... on all sides and was over filled and nobody was doing anything to fix it! Not to mention they put the smallest amost of caramelin there. When given the nitro cold brew I was given a regular cold brew! I do got to hand it to the barista for doing the bestof her abilities since the rest of her coworkers were all chatting and watching her do the drinks while behind the counter! AllI haft to say is we will not be coming back. Very rude and not up to standard service. Read more
Bacon and gruyere egg bites are consistent with other Starbucks. I asked for extra creme for my salted caramel cold brew and... they only filled my cup 2/3. Prices went up, you don't get what you paid for here. Read more
The manager has NO RESPECT or courtesy for the clients. If you stop by chances are YOU'LL BE STUCK there, they will disrespect... your time and not be helpful at all--SO RUDE!!! My car was blocked by their delivery vendor. I had an emergency and neither themanager nor the vendor's employee, NOAH would do ANYTHING to move their truck. Instead they proceeded to unload a full load andtake it back into the store. The vendor or manager has the responsibility and courtesy at a minimum to ask customers if anyoneneeds to leave as they will be blocked for a while. It's clear they have no RESPECT OR CARE for customers. I LIVE in the areaand will surely be telling my neighbors the kind of TRASH store this is!!! Read more
Came in the drive through to pick up an online order I had out in for myself and they told me I need to come inside. Nobody... behind me or ahead of me and I had stated I was picking it up in the drive through in their app. Do not understand that, therewas no explanation given and the older women working the morning of March 14 was extremely unprofessional and rude. The staff is always incredibly nice. Today I was having a very rough morning and spilled my coffee that slid off my icy roof of... the car. I walked back in to order another holding back my tears and they were kind enough to make me another drink and offeredto remake the drink I was holding for my husband. Although I only needed mine remade, it was truly nice of them to offer toremake a coffee that didn?t need it. This Starbucks is by far my favorite and they always my my drink orders perfectly.
