We went on a Friday and they were very busy but the employees were very fast and friendly. We dinned in and the tables were... clean and the bathrooms were very well kept. I will definitely eat here again. Read more
Wasnt thrilled with the woman who helped me. Ordered one of the new sandwiches and assumed I would get what was listed. Ordered... a salad and she started putting the salad stuff on the sandwich, at that point I just went with it. Wondering why they don't cutup the veggies and meat for the salads a bit, kinda hard to cut with a plastic fork. Read more
Zander was in a bad mood when I came in but when he asked if I wanted white or wheat and I said Italian herbs and cheese he said... ?LIKE I SAID, white or wheat? We don?t have any herb and cheese? his co worker politely explained there was a company shortage,but the last thing I need is some subway scrub giving me an attitude while I just try to get a sandwich. Hands down the worst experience every time I go in, employees never seem to be able to tell up from down, I have never had a... pleasant experience inside ordering my food from employees, to hooligans loitering outside and simply just how long it takes thesandwich to be made in front of mine. On Average spend about 15min in line and there may only be one person in front of me. Veryfortunate it's the closest place to my house. Read more
NO STARS , if possible ? ordered online , upon arrival the employee said just to let you know there is an online order in front... of you , I said ok , it might be mine I just ordered on the way here , ( plus a saw the sandwiches were exactly the ones Iordered : steak and meatball marinara both foot-longs, NO RESPONSE from employee, immediately a girl entered the store and hesaid how can I help you ? Basically he prepared her sandwich charged her and she took off and both of my footlongs still on thecounter , another customer came by and he took his order aswell prepared placed his sandwiches on the oven , then he proceededto complete my order , he was almost done , but then the other customers order came out from the oven and he started to addtoppings, only then he went to roll ip mines on the subway paper , FRANCHISE OWNER PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!! this kids have nocommon sense !!! music is loud with profanities !!! Manager might wanna watch their scrubby employee that closed tonight. Almost certain he lied about my order being picked up.... Pulled up and he was outside smoking on the bench with someone, "Open" signs were turned off and he was clearly ready to gohome. Did the order around 8:45pm and arrived at 9:10pm. Claimed someone stole my order and that I needed to take it up withDoordash. Why would he give my order away? Makes absolutely no sense but okay. I played along with it. Every time I go in I have a pretty bad experience. Never have anything in stock. Today they had wraps but didn?t take the time... out of their day to defrost them so they had told me no. It?s one thing to be out of things but another to have them and justnot do the job to take them out of the freezer. literally always something wrong with this location. Read more
