Wish I could give a zero!! Worst experience.ever! We waited 10 minutes to be seated and I had to walk to the kitchen area and... ask to be seated.The waitress was unpleasant and appeared to hate her job yet reported she had just started. The manager wasyelling profanities including the "f" word loud enough for customers to hear. The coffee was cold, the.pie which Village Innhas always been known for had a doughy crust. My water was never refilled.We were one of 2 tables in the restaurant the otherwas playing a game and not eating so she only had our table. We arrived 55 minutes before closing and only ordered pie andcoffee and were out before closing ...we did not go to inconvenience them but they acted like we were. Read more
Great food as usual, just really slow service this trip. Staffing felt too low for it to be any faster. I suppose being... understaffed is not unusual these days at most restaurants. Can't really blame them for that. Those staff members who were therewere doing their best, and that showed. Still a good experience, just not a 5-star experience overall. Read more
1st time eating at this location. The server was attentive to our needs. The restroom needed to be freshened up. Dining area... very clean. If you like carrots you will love their chicken noodle soup. Broccoli and veggie skillet very crisp. Read more
Never go to this Village in I had the worst experience of any restaurant I've ever been in. I had the Cod and it looked funny on... the coloration and it was hard as a rock. My problem is when I talk to the manager she knew there's a problem with the fish butserved to the public anyway are you kidding me now. Word to the wise never come here ever Read more
My last two visits here have been the same: incredible food quality, friendly service, and remarkable experiences. Short... staffed, like everyone else, and still producing amazing food. It was surprising, I admit. And despite the shortage of help, thestaff were all very kind. This was my first time ordering from here. It will be my last. It was the worst experience ever. I ordered a BLT sandwich and... fresh fruit. It says 6 slices of bacon ( nope ). They were broken pieces, no Mayo not enough lettuce and the fruit cup.... Forthe price you'd think they'd do better for their customers. I don't recommend this place at all. Read more
The customer service is great and the restaurant is very clean. I would give 10 stars. The Manger Christopher even came by each... table to speak and check on each guess. Our server Michelle had the best personality and we never had to ask for anything shewas on top of it. Read more
They have Horrible Service. You have to Wait a Hour Just to Get Your Food this Is Ridiculous No One Can Wait A Hour Just to Get... Your Food This Is Crazy. Then a Hour Later When We Got our Food Ordered They Screwed our Order They Only Gave My Son FourBananas and They Gave My Son Toast and Cool Whip Instead Of French toast With Syrup and When He Wanted Bacon For his Side theyDid Not Get Him Any Side at All!
