First off, the staff is friendly. So that?s a positive, but I placed my order at 4:27pm and didn?t get it until 5:08pm. The food... is greasy to the point that the oil is a bit overwhelming. There wings themselves were way under seasoned. We had garlicparmesan and lemon pepper wings. I don?t think any garlic seasoning was added. They fried the wings and dumped cheese on them. There was some lemon pepper on the other wings but it was pretty much overwhelmed by all that grease. We have better optionsaround here. This place is probably one to skip. Read more

Got there 20 minutes before closing time and I get it is late but don?t say you?re open until 12 if you won?t work until then?.... I just think it should be specified if you need to order until a specific time and just opened until 12 for pick up only?. Lotsof places specify it and it really helps. We went out our way from our super late Denver airport trip to get something quickbefore not having any more options to eat for a few hours and it sucked. Ordered online, said it would be ready in twenty minutes. Got there in twenty minutes and then sat for forty minutes while they... made all the orders ahead of mine. Didn?t affect me but they turned people who hadn?t ordered away at 8 even though the websitesays open til midnight. Wings were also not good. Tasted like Tyson?s frozen chicken wings. Usually Wingstop orders turn out pretty good. Although, this time we decided to order it through doordash and got the worst... experience. The management at this place is terrible. We made the doordash order and had to wait over 2 hours to get the foodand the order is completely wrong. Before our order even arrived, we had to call into the Wingstop because they said to doordashthat they did not have our order because they did not print a ticket for it. I?ve looked at another review and they had the sameissue! The management said that they found the order on the computer and would get that order out for us. Even though the foodarrived it was soggy and it was not what we ordered. Read more

Do not recommend this location! We have had this happened twice now, we order on the app and they ?never print the ticket?... because their printer is down. The first time, it was for in store pickup and I had to sit there and wait for them to make itafter it was already expected to be ready. The second time, I ordered for delivery and my order was never delivered even thoughit was marked as delivered by door dash. Then I call this Wingstop to see what happened with our order and without apologizingor having any sympathy they said they never made it. I ended up just going to pick it up myself and called Wingstop customersupport for a refund because this is ridiculous, clearly it?s Wingstop?s issue with their printer and they need to takeresponsibility for it. Also, don?t try the chicken sandwich it?s not great and the chicken was so over cooked it was rubbery. Read more

The employees were polite tried their best to get these orders out. The place wasn't clean & my wings were not crispy or saucy.... The manager could be more efficient and not take as much breaks and be on the phone. Read more

Excellent service. To my understanding they are understaffed and newly open and provide impeccable service. I witnessed an upset... customer while waiting for my order. She was very aggressive and rude for no reason and the shift lead, trinity, handled it verywell. Better than I would have. Good on the staff for maintaining composure and doing what they could to resolve the problem. Read more
