Our first visit was wonderful. We enjoyed date night...Tues special means half price wine bottles. The place was clean, quiet,... played great music (Standards like Sinatra, Fitzgerald, Martin, etc). I dont take the time to leave reviews unless the place is really great or really bad. So..... Parents beware—there is no... changing table in the bathroom. When I asked about it they said they didn’t have one and offered no solution. I changed mybaby on a pad on the outside patio. I was met with the same hostile attitude towards families on their FB page when Artisan WineCompany liked another comment stating “why would I bring a kid into a place that was for adults only”. Oh, but don’t golooking for that FB thread because they deleted it. Last I checked, there wasn’t a sign on the door that said ‘no familiesallowed’. If your preference is not to have families, then why don’t you just hang a sign—see how well your true feelingsgo over with the public?!Owner/manager watched me struggle with a stroller without offering to open the door. Great job makingme feel and be uncomfortable so I never want to go back. You are one step closer to your ‘goal’ of no families! Goodjob! I’d also like to state that it’s not like I brought a crazy disruptive child into the place. My 5 month old sat therefor 2 1/2 hours, quietly sleeping and playing, while I chatted with friends. I’m not rude, if I had kid who couldn’t handleit I wouldn’t have brought them to a “adult” restaurant. We’ve been here a few times now, so this ISN’T a one-off/onebad experience review, and my conclusion is: the food is just ok, nothing special, original, or outstanding. AWC is awesome. It's our go-to for date nights. Great environment, laid-back staff, and tasty food. We've been going for over a... year and have never been disappointed. Our menu favorites are the strawberry prosciutto pizza, cheese plate and spiced nuts. Read more
Pretty terrible. They couldn't decide who would wait on us. Then it took 20 min to get a Negroni cocktail that was horribly... mixed and undrinkable. The "special" stuffed mushrooms looked like microwavable pizza bites and were less flavorful than. $30down the drain. Read more
Wonderful meal and atmosphere for our Ladies Nite out on the patio. Loved the Tuesday special of half price wine Under fl $40... with a meal order. Most places would push you to the toward the higher priced selection. This made a for a special experience atan attainable price. Very knowledgeable staff made finding the perfect wine choice to go with my preferences & compliment mymeal. Read more
Got there on a Friday night at 7pm and were told they were out if almost everything we requested on the menu. We were then told... the kitchen was closing soon and we had to place our order quickly. We barely stayed an hour and the entire time we felt as ifwe were being rushed by the server who told us he was off at 8 and we needed to close out our check. The thin crust pizza was phenomenal! Also loved sitting on the back porch area outside. Service was great. The only reason I... gave 4 stars is because the wines by the glass were sub par and we didn't know there was a larger menu to order from. It was ourfirst time there so I assumed our server would share other options. Oh well. Still an enjoyable time. Read more
