My latest visit was not the best. While I have never had a bad meal here at Westminster, today (11/3/2022) was not their... finest. Only one cashier was working, and dine in service was slow. Plus, off-shift employees waiting in the dining room toget paid we're noisy. Chi-fil-A has always been better than this. Get it together! Read more
Use to be great place. Went there last month, curbside service, employee dropped/spilled soda all over front seat of car and... said "my bad". And walked away. I told manager and corporate that I wasnt even offered a dam refill! Never got a response. Iwill save my money and go across the street now to Raising Canes. Read more
The food is good. The service pretty efficient, and staff kind. It?s clean but The parking lot is a complete nightmare.... Sometimes the line is so long that you just walk off, but that?s just a chic filet thing I guess. I particularly find thislocation to be difficult to access. Read more
Had to change my review after tonight. I ordered my food when I got home some was missing I called the store and was called a... lier by the manager. Now the kicker is I was missing my salad dressing which isn't an expensive idea. I am out .40 cents themanager was rude and refused to help when I ask for his bosses information he refused. For a company who says they arechristians and fallow in the steps of our Lord they are very confused. It's 40 cents has the economy gotten that bad thatsomeone would lie over that. The manager would yell at me so I yelled back then he would cry about his feelings when I pointedout your started the yelling he hung up on me twice. Read more
The only complaint I have is seeing the food runners cross the drive thru lane with all the traffic and people backing up. There... are almost no safety measures in place for them, except the reflective vest. They need a crosswalk or safe place to cross. I?veseen them just walk out countless times without looking, and then the cars backing up or coming through don?t always lookeither. It?s just a recipe for disaster. Read more

Always order the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and all the Chick-fil-A sauce! I tried this new hack where you order... a spicy chicken sandwich. You also order Barbeque sauce and honey with the sandwich. You take the sandwhich out of the bag (theindividual bag that the sandwich is wrapped in) and take the chicken patty off of the buns and put it back in the bag. You thentake the BBQ and honey sauces and pour them over the chicken patty. Close the bag and carefully shake the patty around so thatit coats it entirely. Place the patty back on the buns and enjoy a spicy honey BBQ chicken sandwich! You won't regret it. Read more
This is the most inconvenient cfa I?ve ever been to! They don?t have any condiments or sauces out, play room is still closed,... and half of the seating is taken over by their ?storage? Covid is over- bring everything back! Read more
