Pick up order took 20 minutes longer than anticipated pickup time determined by the restaurant. Then when I returned to work and... opened up my bowl the guacamole that I paid extra for was non existent, instead I found a whole avocado. Will never be usingthis restaurant for pick up again. 11/7/22 Barbacoa Bowl, online order Maybe I should have ordered in the restaurant because the serving is much smaller than in... the past, much smaller. This location has gone down hill and managment doesn't care. Visited this location yesterday at 8pm and the line was around the... store. Several people in line left because of the long wait. When finally helped they acted like they couldn't be bothered withwhat you wanted. They seem to be doing all the online orders and not helping the people standing in front of them. Read more

Service is always great. They move fast in there. But my only gripe is that they tend spray/disinfect tables and sweep the floor... while people are eating. I don?t know how the gentle shown in the picture allowed this to happen just a couple of feet away fromhim. She swept the dust in his direction. If I could I?d leave zero stars, absolutely messed up my online order, I don?t understand how they mix up two things like corn... salsa with sour cream and green salsa with shredded cheese, they give me a number to call for a refund and they just hang upinstantly. Never ordering from them again online. Food looks like it was sitting and just threw it in for someone that hadordered another quesadilla. I will never ever order from them again unless it is in person. Absolutely disappointed in thischipotle, the pico looks as if it?s been sitting for a long while. Absolutely disgusted. Usually come here cause they do a great job, generous portions , usually very nice but tonight it was completely different the... girl with the blue hair and the skinny girl at the register we?re both very rude they obviously do not care about having a kindattitude towards customers and are just sick of being there. Ordered dinner tonight after a long day of work. Ordered a kids meal for my son, didn?t receive the rice for it nor the right... drink. They sent a warm milk instead of the juice that was on the receipt. My husband had a avocado rind with the stickerattached to it mixed into his Burrito and didn?t send dressing for my salad.
