We were regular customers here until Today. We placed an order at 4:45pm and paid $42 for 3 subs and an order of fries to be... delivered. The subs arrived and the bread was almost inedible, burnt, much thinner than usual, we called up to ask if theirbread has changed or what happened, the young lady on the phone was helpful, and said she was going to see about a credit. Thisis when we were met with "the manager" who answered the phone, and told us that he took the bread out of the oven at 4pm, sothere's no way our bread could be hard. He said we could bring the subs up the store, and he would see if the bread was hard,but if it was, he would only remake it, and said he would not credit anything back because he has "15 trays of bread right nextto him that aren't thin and crispy." Will not be returning to any Genova's again, but especially this location. My order was completely screwed up. I received burnt... pizza, my cheesesteak had no cheese on it and was totally dry. I ordered cheese fries and only got wet, soggy fries, no cheeseon them whatsoever. I'm so disappointed in this franchise. I ordered from another location a few years ago and the experiencewas so horrible that I did not patronize this business for over 5 years. Absolutely unacceptable for $15 subs.. please tell me this is a fair amount of meat when I spend $15 dollars for ONE sub?... Literally subway gives you more meat for a cheaper price. I will not be returning if they want to play these games. Read more
Great cheese steak subs very friendly staff. The food is consistent and always hits the spot
Let me preface by saying that this is my favorite pizza in Westminster (maybe Maryland, but v. Philly's Best is a push). The... subs, the pizza, the wings: always very good. The delivery has been prompt and everyone has always been friendly. TL;DR: Thefood is 4.5 stars. The order experience takes a star off. The website and app have been a cause for... a lot of frustration.There's no "feedback" or "contact us" option, so I apologize that you're hearing it from me here first: please invest inyourselves and get a proper website and app (kudos for having an app, though)! I have an account, with an address on file. I'ma mile away. I shouldn't have to type in an address to look up your locations nationally when I log in. I think you have 3locations, and they're all near-ish. On more than one occasion I have selected "delivery," picked an order I have placed beforeand/or saved as a favorite, and wondered where the heck it was... only to discover that it switched to "pick up" because I guessI ordered it for pick up the first time. (And I even generously tipped the driver before having to go pick it up myself! :-X)Having to go through 5-6 people's sub orders and reconfigure all the options again just because it's delivery this time istedious. Why have favorites? Why can't I change something from pickup to delivery or vice versa? Do it, guys! Earn that extrastar! Bring that website and app into 2022! Ordered a large chicken Caesar salad with no tomatoes. There were no tomatoes; also no olives, Parmesan cheese, and the chicken... had that 'been in the refrigerator too long' taste. At the prices they charge, they could do way better. If the qualitydoesn't improve, I'll go elsewhere. Read more
I was dropping off brochures on the new Massage Therapy spot TheraKneads when I found this place. I ordered a half chicken parm... and it was so good!! Sauce was yummy, nice hunk of white meat chicken and crunchy, crusty bread. I will definitely be back!Tasted very authentic and I?m picky because I?m from the tri state area. Try it! Read more
Good wings. Even better pizza. If you have a hankering for both, get the Buffalo chicken pizza! It's superb.
