IHOP is my go to place after shopping in Westminster MD. I love being able to have breakfast for dinner. The staff is also... wonderful and patient. I try to visit every couple of weeks. Portions are generous and always have leftovers. Atmosphere isrelaxing (no loud music) and pleasant. Crowd covers all ages which is a plus. Read more
Often times they are short staffed. We waited 30 minutes to be seated and another 25 minutes for our food. Was it worth it? Yes!... 100%. The staff were pleasant and professional. The food was delicious. Read more
I live in the neighborhood and been to this location at least 10 times. In my opinion 9/10 times experience was good or better.... 1 remaining time experience was fair to poor due to visiting during mothers days morning and expectedly* staff was overwhelmedand food was subpar. With the exception of the average coffee, remaining 9 times food was almost always very good (to yourliking) and staff was pleasant to deal with. if you ever worked in service industry you would know these are great stats for anyrestaurant let alone a breakfast chain. IHOP is always a great experience. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal. If you go in the morning, go early or go after 11am.... It's usually pretty busy between 8 and 11am,especially on weekends. Read more
Food was fair: toast without butter either by cook or server, no offer for butter; ordered a steak, requested medium, served... well done without a steak knife. Constantly had to request coffee: carafe was only filled with enough coffee for two cups.Apparently was short-staffed but serving food without proper utensils or condiments has to do with training, not staffingissues. Also, our server was new but was not offered any support from other servers. We have been to several restaurants thatwas severely short-staffed, food was slow to serve yet prepared as ordered. It's just another iHop. What makes this location special, at least for us, is the staff. We are always greeted and staff goes... above and beyond with the service. Even on a busy Mother's Day, our server was very pleasant and really took care of our order. Read more
