Food was ok. There were 6 employees working the shift I was there. The one guy taking the orders was fighting a lot to get... things right, which it is understandable in a fast paced environment, having 3 other people just standing (2 we?re working thegrill) watching how he messes up every other order was disappointing. I sat there eating my sub while watching people sayingthat?s not the one I ordered was crazy. Clearly there?s is a lock of training going on. So if you want your order to be rightdon?t go there. What happened to this place?just got a chicken cheese steak sandwich horrible just horrible. Didn't have What I asked for and... it was dry and tasteless. Difficult to even swallow. What happened to them? If I had the time I would have taken it back.Horrible!!! Read more

Great subs.. friendly staff.fresh sliced deli meats for the subs..gets a little busy sometimes but worth the wait..

Usually we love this place. But be careful with the chicken cheesesteaks. I ordered one tonight and brought it home and bit into... something hard and it was a really sharp piece of bone about 1/2 inch long. I called and spoke to a girl who said she was sorryand I could come in and get another sub. But after biting into that another sub didn?t seem very appealing. Read more

Food was great! Lady that sliced the turkey was very nice. After that it went down hill quickly. Told the toppings guy that I... just wanted lettuce, tomato, mayo only. As he reaches to grab onions..., no mayo on the sub and then started to put some oiland vinegar juice on a turkey sandwich. Then the cashier showed me a sign for future reference that said they put the juice onall subs. I guess even when you say only lettuce, tomato, and mayo, it doesn't matter. For future reference, pay attention tothe customer and learn some customer service! Read more

Very friendly customer service. I called ahead of time to ask if this location offered the gluten free bread bc I have celiac.... (Also bc I was driving and not able to get on the app to look myself) They were helpful and honest. When I got there to orderthe staff was knowledgeable on gluten free and explained they?d do their best to accommodate me, even asking if this was for anallergy or preference showing genuine concern. Sub was great tasting, made well and bread was fresh (sometimes I?ve been tomikes in nj and their gluten free wasn?t fresh probably bc it doesn?t get ordered often) and I felt listened to and served wellas a customer who will definitely be returning to and recommending this location.
