My husband and I have been here twice now and have been pleasantly surprised with the cocktails and food each time. We've sat in... the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere. My wife and I decided to eat at Liberatore's Italian Restaurant in Westminster, Maryland this past Friday evening. We arrived a... little late for our 5:15 p.m. reservation, but were assured it was not a problem! We were taken to our table and immediatelywere impressed by the ambience of the dining room. Our waitress, Brenda, was absolutely amazing in every way! She wascharming and delightful. We placed our order: Bruschetta, Grilled salmon salad for my wife, and the Eggplant Parmigiano forme. The food was extraordinarily delicious....., the best Eggplant ever eaten...., and the salmon salad, excellent! I had twoglasses of cabernet and it was also quite nice! We live in Southeast Alabama, and are visiting our Son and his family inAspers, Pennsylvania ( 4 Grandchildren)! The entire dining experience was exceptional and we look forward to dining there onfuture occasions!!!!! 5 stars+++++! Read more

I enjoyed the atmosphere as I shared a nice quiet dinner with my lady!. I chose the crab and old bay eggs as an app and was not... impressed with them at all. For the price I would of expected fresh deviled eggs not pre made. We left half of that order on theplate and was never asked if there was a problem with the app at all. I don't recommend those. I chose the NY strip special andmy lady went with the Salmon Nicola. Both meals were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. We would of liked to seen somesort of Green vegetable paired with the Salmon such as Asparagus. We each had a glass of Red Sangria which soothed the palatenicely and both had glasses of water that were never topped off once. I'm up in the air about a second visit.
