Every time I pick up from this location I have a bad experience. I'm a Dasher and the orders are never ready on time - I... frequently have to wait 10-15 mins past the pick up time. As I am paid on an order to order basis, this quite literally costs memoney. Once or twice, I would understand. But they are late EVERY SINGLE TIME. In addition, the staff is inattentive and rude.This past time, they tried to make me use the machine for online orders (meant for those placed directly on their website, notthose placed through services like Doordash). You have to have a code to unlock the drawer with your order in it but as this isnot supposed to be used for Doordash, I had no code and had to call Dasher Support to resolve the issue. Walked in, no one said "Hi" or "Hello'.. looked to see what was "HOT-N-READY" But there was NOTHING!!!! I'm here at 2:04pm. ... It's not like a lunch or dinner rush. It just means that no one could be bothered to make stuff and have it waiting. I havefound this to be an "overall" experience with most Little Caesars" lately. Everyone I've gone into. Nothing Hot-N-Ready in anyof them. I only ever see 1-2 people working and am always waiting 15mins or more to get pizzas. Also, they are charginganywhere from $1.50-3.50 for a little (sometimes only 1/2 Full) container of marinara sauce. I order the Italian CheeseBreadsticks a lot, but who order's them WITHOUT GETTING MARINARA???? Little Caesars as a WHOLE is going Down Fown Down. Domino'sseems to be the only pizza chain that had their stuff together. However, I'll still pick Little Caesars over Pizza Hut orPappaJohns any day of the week. Tried calling from 5pm to 730 pm today to order dinner. No one is answering the phone for carryout orders and online orders are... not possible. Calling corporate tomorrow about this. This is not good for the local manager and district manager, and the branditself. Read more

First of all Little Caesars is the lowest quality pizza out of all the pizza chains. Second and most important, this particular... restaurant has the worst manager I have ever met. She is very rude with customers and even more so with people who aredashers. I have stopped going to this location completely, obviously the food isn't good, but mostly because of the manager. Ifyou've been there, you probably know who I'm talking about, she's an African American woman with an accent.. she's the rudest ofall. Stay away from Little Caesars on Englar road in Westminster!! If they get your order wrong they will tell you to call back, not answer, then finally a little later when you do reach someone... they are not interested in correcting the order. They finally did say bring your pizza in and we will make you a new one. Sothen why did I just spend $57 dollars and tip well for delivery? They raised their prices and now don't care.
