1st time at this Olive Garden. Service was quick and great, food was great as well. Our server Jack was nice and patient, and... provided excellent customer service. Props to the manager Josh, who was super friendly and came to our table once he heardsomeone in our party had a food allergy. Extremely Poor Service (usually really good here so idk what happened). Placed drink and food order for never ending soup and... salad and waited.... And waited. Had to remind waiter (Jack) about drinks. Received salad with no dressing so sent back andwaiter returned with barely any dressing. Everyone finished first round of soup and salad plus drinks were all gone and waitedabout 15 minutes for waiter to return and he asked if we were done. No! We ordered never ending soup and salad. Said neededeverything - drinks, salad, breadsticks, and soup. He didn't clear the table of all the dishes when walked away. Brought drinksthen salad again with barely any dressing. Finally cleared dishes. Didn't ask about more soup or if anyone wanted to change sobrought out the same soups 10 minutes later. Still no bread sticks. Ridiculous! Asked for paper check because was going to paycash. Waiter never brought the check so we finally used the device to pay by card. As customers we should have choice on how topay. It should not take almost 2 hours for 4 soup and salad dinners. We've been coming here for a while and always good serviceuntil tonight. Very disappointing!!! Read more

The young adults and teens... that stood around and watched myself and my disabled patient with Parkinson's struggle through the door need a huge lesson incommon courtesy. If I have to review the restaurant based on service, it desreves 5 stars. The boy with black glasses is amazing. Plenty of... parking spaces and restaurant looks beautiful from outside. The only reason I give it four stars is because of the funky smellwhen we enter to the restaurant. Needs better cleaning. The food is a little bit salty but the appetizers will fill you up.Portion is good and we had to request for to go box as we couldn't finish our order. Overall the restaurant deserves a visit andkudos to the team from the front desk to the person who brought food for us for their exceptional services. Thank you. Read more

Visited this location for the first time recently and it was very nice. The layout itself is quite nice too.. The food was... great. Not pictured, but my go to is always the shrimp and chicken Carbonara and it’s amazing!!!!! The chicken is always sotinder and seasoned so well!!!! I will definitely be coming back to this location for the service. On the day we visited, it wasa couple of plaid shirts walking the floor and serving (managers I’m assuming) everyone were so nice.
