Never really have a problem here but tonight was just a doozy for the blonde behind the bar. Once we got to the bar to wait for... our food, we saw one of the employees forcibly slide a customers food off the bar when calling her order out. Gave the ladyattitude about remaking it. The same girl then got an attitude with another gentleman asking about if his order was ready. Shetold him the plates at the his without checking his order #. He told her that wasn?t what he ordered. She continued to arguewith him and his wife before taking back the food (after he had already touched the plates and food)we watched her put this coldfood back on the bar for another customer to take. Visited on a Sunday. It was busy, but they had an ample amount of staff available to serve timely. The cashier was sincerely... friendly. I liked how their toaster actually toasted the bagel (not just warmed). Just when I was about to give three starsfor cold coffee inside the thermos, a cheerful young man replaced it with a new one. This is the worst location, cashiers slow and rude. The bakery is extremely slow ,my soup was cold my bagette was cold and my... son's macaroni & cheese was cold. They were out of bread for paninis and out of mayonnaise , on a Friday. I will not return. Read more

This Panera is terrible. We arrived at 5:30 in the afternoon with few people in line. They were already out of ingredients for... warm bowls. The crew were overwhelmed despite few diners on site. They were busy filling carry out orders. The tables werefilthy. The food was unappetizing. Avocados were rock hard. The bakery was bare. Floors were dirty. There didn?t appear to be aneffective manager around. This is the last time we will visit this restaurant. It used to be so much better here. What happened? Read more

They get 5 stars because the food is always amazing. Today the service was a bit slow not sure what caused that mabey... staffing?When I went into the restaurant they acknowledged me right away and asked if I needed help.Staff was very friendly andcaring. I felt safe that all staff had wore there mask correctly and practiced social distancing. Over all the store was veryclean and well kept. Thanks panera team in Westminster!???????????? Read more
What is up with this place? Ordered turkey avocado BLT. No avocado, no bacon and wasn't in correct bread and deli sliced turkey.... Horrible. Also no Ham which is what my husband wanted. It's on the menu though. Won't be back. Shrewsbury and Hunt Valley neverhad a problem Read more
