I used to really enjoy Pizzabolis and would order from them at least twice a week, but recently customer service has really gone... downhill. The last time I ordered, I asked the person taking my order to add a 20% tip for the driver. When he arrived, theyhadn't added any tip, and the driver was angry. Thankfully, I had cash. Tonight I ordered, and the person taking my order addeda 40% tip without my authorization. I called and spoke with the manager and was told that the new policy is that everyone pays a$10 tip no matter if they order $5 or $200 worth of food. This is ridiculous, and to do this without telling someone is illegal.I'd also hate to be the driver who delivered a $200 order and only got a $10 tip! I told the manager that I'm a 20% tipper,which is the standard and he told me to find another place to order from in the future. Ok then... Read more
The food is always ready really fast here, I almost never have to wait. The fries and pizza are amazing! Definetly one of my top... 5 places to eat in Westminster! Unlike most food places on Main Street, this actually has a parking lot. Read more
