I used to really enjoy Pizzabolis and would order from them at least twice a week, but recently customer service has really gone... downhill. The last time I ordered, I asked the person taking my order to add a 20% tip for the driver. When he arrived, theyhadn't added any tip, and the driver was angry. Thankfully, I had cash. Tonight I ordered, and the person taking my order addeda 40% tip without my authorization. I called and spoke with the manager and was told that the new policy is that everyone pays a$10 tip no matter if they order $5 or $200 worth of food. This is ridiculous, and to do this without telling someone is illegal.I'd also hate to be the driver who delivered a $200 order and only got a $10 tip! The food is always ready really fast here, I almost never have to wait. The fries and pizza are amazing! Definetly one of my top... 5 places to eat in Westminster! Unlike most food places on Main Street, this actually has a parking lot. Read more

I’ve gone here a couple times, first time in person all I got was a Pepsi and the guy at the counter was extremely rude and... claimed they didn’t accept card despite everyone I know saying they do. And just now my Mom ordered for the family and theygot our order wrong despite us repeating the order 3 times, and the guy over the phone reading it back. So we call to complainand get our money back and we have to tell them what’s wrong and where we live 4 times before they finally fix the issue. Andthen on top of all that they asked for the food that they got wrong back. Read more
First experience eating from here. Wasn't all that. Order a crab pizza. Had the flavor of crab. But the crab ran by it. Needs... actual crab on it. Now I will say their fried mushrooms are on point! Read more
I always gave them good reviews because the food is so good an the delivery drivers are awesome. Now that their whole account... got hacked an I tried so many time to get my money back over $400.00 they refuse to do that even though the manager Dan said hehas faith in the company and I should get my money back because everybody else received their money but more phone calls laterthe owner refused to give me it back. I always go in the pick up my pizza but employees are very polite at the pizza is always hot and fresh.
