I've lived here for 4 years, and I'm a transplant from Baltimore City. I've been on the hunt for a sub and finally found it. (I... grew up on Angelo's & Bellaroma.) I was pleasantly surprised upon entering, as they have table service. They looked a littlebusy, but we got a table, ordered our food & it wasn't long before it was ready. The cheesesteak & fries were delicious. Thesubroll tasted freshly made. I can't wait to come back & try more. Read more

I can?t stress enough how great this place is. I have had Philly cheesesteaks from Belassarios in Philadelphia and there?s just... something about the one at Robterto?s that?s just always better. By far my favorite place on the east coast for a PhillyCheesesteak Read more

We were recommended to try this place because ?they have good bread?... that?s about the only thing they had going. I called in... my order around 5:30pm on a Wednesday (so it was not minutes before closing or anything like that), and when I came inside topickup my food, my presence was not acknowledged by any of the maybe 5 teenagers in the kitchen behind the counter. They alllooked at me, and carried on discussing plans for later that evening. Eventually the waiter came up and rung up my food... Ipaid $70 for a large stuffed crust pizza (that had BARELY any cheese in the crust, just some sprinkled mozzarella), a largeStromboli, and 2 cannolis. I love supporting local businesses, and don?t mind the high-for-a-pizza-place price ... if the foodis good. Unfortunately, I?ve never seen a greasier pizza in my entire life. I needed nearly half a roll of paper towels to soakup the grease, and it also leaked through the box. There was hardly any sauce at all, and crust was so thin (and soggy) it mightas well have been a tortilla. The best part? I called the next day, during the day, to speak nicely with a manager aboutour first experience ever at Roberto?s... she basically dismissed everything I said, but acknowledged the teenagers not payingattention/acknowledging me. She did not offer to ?make this better? in ANY sense. No ?it might?ve been an inexperienced cook, usually it?s a lot better, I?m sorry you didn?t have a good experience, how can we make this right? Etc?. This was our first(and last) trip to Roberto?s in Westminster. Read more
