Went inside for a pick up. I expect hiccups as this feature is new, unfortunately i should have just saved my money and give... elsewhere. I walked in, told the lady behind the counter why I was there. Stood in line for ten minutes, then approached thecounter. I was ignored by 3 employees that drifted by the counter. Another lady filled up the chicken case, stared into spacethen acknowledged me "What do you need?" I told her my order and it was ready, know one knows for how long, sitting on a counternear the drive thru. "Sorry bout the wait". I?m not sure what changed with this store maybe management but the quality has changed for the better! Fries are fresh and good... the speed of the drive thru has increased. Staff is friendly. Order quality is good but once in a while I do get an order that?smessed up. it?s normally the wrong size fries or drink. Read more
Food is good 9 times out of 10 if you order the chicken tenders. And if you?re lazy enough to order your food through door dash... you deserve a bad food experience. Disregard Chelsea Molnar?s review she?s a no life with over 300 reviews and most of them arenegative. Was traveling on the road was hungry as hell, could have ate a horse. But we stopped at Roy Rogers instead. LOL same as eating a... roast beef sandwich so why not ????????????????????????????????????. Will return guaranteed great food fast service outstandingcleanliness restrooms and everything. 10 Stars guys. My husband and ordered through door dash from this restaurant. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a drumstick,chicken... tenders, a brownie, sweet tea, and an order of holster fries. The food overall was average. I thought that the holster frieswould have been more than average fries since it had a specific name. Our condiments were also no where to be found. Visited here last night for a quick bite and I do mean quick. Didn't even sit down to eat. I work for the Fire Department and... we were on our way back from transporting to Bayview Burn Center in Baltimore and needless to say that's a long way from ourresponse area. So since we missed dinner what we needed was a quick bite and to be back in route to our first due. Roy Roger'scame through like gang busters. Got us fed quick and in a hurry and back on our way. Thanks Roy's and crew for being good atwhat you do. You guys are awesome. Also last but not least I wanted to add that aside from the great and fast service with asmile the restaurant it self was very clean and well taken care of thanks to the employees who were actively cleaning while wewere there. First time visiting this restaurant. For a late morning Saturday, it was busy. Restaurant was extremely clean and... well-appointed. Seating was spacious and arranged to allow for large and small parties. Front counter staff were polite butthere was only one cashier. A seemingly incoherent customer was asking many, many, many questions, changing her order, etc.which occupied the lone cashier for about 9 minutes as we waited behind her in line. Despite this, he remained poised andfriendly. The food was disappointingly lackluster. My spouse ordered a roast beef sandwich with a side of cheese andmac-n-cheese. When we were seated, she found the sandwich was missing cheese. The counter staff quickly remedied this however. She said the meat tasted odd so I sampled it. It did have a somewhat off-taste and odor....as if it had been steamed and satin water for a great deal of time. It was also completely devoid of any sort of seasoning. The mac-n-cheese was runny and alsobland. I ordered a 2-pc chicken (white meat only) with fries. When the counter staff plated it as I stood there, I noticed heplaced a drumstick and thigh on the tray. I informed him that I ordered white meat only which he quickly corrected. Thechicken coating was fresh and crispy. No complaints there! The Fresh Fixins bar was adequately stocked and the vegetables werecrisp and looked appetizing. Overall, a pleasant experience. My order was mostly wrong everything was cold and soggy didn't get no sauce or straw. My drink was the most easiest thing on... there and it was wrong. With me being pregnant I was really looking forward to eating but it just made me throw up. Won't be eathere again promise that. Read more
