It was okay. I do not like their self checkout especially if you are using your ROFO rewards.
Terrible experience today at Royal Farms. Had to pick up some gift cards for Christmas so I decided to get lunch of their crispy... chicken and fries that I always loved. Boy was I disappointed. Chicken breast was very soggy and the wing looked like it wasfrom a baby cornish hen. Fries were also as soggy and tasted like old oil. Not crispy but soggy chicken was not appetizing. Yuk. Read more

I wish I could give y'all -300 stars honestly. This establishment is a whole mess bruh. Tell me why me and my friend ordered... chicken only to find out through our driver that all meals are done bring served in the evening. I called them and no oneresponded. As per usual with them. I'm honestly so disappointed with this sham of an establishment. They've messed up so manytimes, including putting bacon on our chicken sandwiches when we specifically said not to. I'm Muslim. I have actually had several issues at this branch that all stem from one man and his bad attitude. I am not sure of his name,... but I can tell you he is a big guy, tall, with a grey ponytail, he is always wearing a baseball cap, & he works the night shift.Several examples of issues I have had with him: 1. I went in around 8:00 PM one night to get dinner. The plan was to get a 10piece tender, a 20 piece chicken, and fries. Apparently, this order was too tall for him. He actually told me that the customerthat had just left took the last of the chicken and he was out of tenders. He told me I would have to go elsewhere because itwould take too long to make more chicken and he didn't have any more tenders. In all my years of being a Royal Farms customer, Ihave NEVER heard such a thing!! 2. I went in one night with my sister to buy some snacks and a carton of cigarettes. Aftergetting everything we stood at the register for more than 10 minutes. We were the only ones in the store. He was stockingshelves, facing us, less than 10 feet away directly in line of site. After saying "excuse me" several times to him and STILLbeing ignored, my sister and I just walked out without our purchases. 3. Tonight, I TRIED again to order food (which I swore tomyself I would never do here again after the past few times of trying to get food). I ordered a 10 piece, 6 tenders, & fries.After getting home, I realized that he had only given me 7 pieces of chicken. My fiance also wanted another 10 piece, so I gaveone leg to my son, packed everything back up, and drove 15 minutes back to the store. When I got there, I put the food on thecounter. I was ignored until the rest of the customers were gone. When he finally got around to me, he had an attitude from theonset (as he usually does). I tried to explain to him that I ordered a 10 piece and he only gave me 7 pieces. I usually come to rofo for the chicken, and when I do come, it's in the evening. On one particular occasion, there was a very... tall, large man with dark hair, working behind the food counter. He is very friendly, but I literally watched as beads of sweatdripped off his nose, and into a customer's chicken box. He was using his body to open the cardboard box that the food comes in,but he had already started putting food into the box before it was completely open. He pressed the box against his chest, whilstfolding the bottom of the box. Beads of sweat were dripping off his face and nose and going straight into the box. I'm not sureif anyone else noticed, but I was pretty grossed out by this point and walked out. I live 25 minutes away, and this happens tobe the closest Royal Farms location, so if I walk in wanting food, and he is working behind the food counter, I immediatelyleave. Read more
Really enjoy the chicken; my family and I come here from Hampstead just for it! They usually have the best price for fuel in the... area, and the store is always kept clean. Read more
