Stopped in with my son to order him a grilled cheese sandwich, it's not possible. They don't have enough flexibility with the... food, like Wawa does. I ordered a large spicy fries and 2 chicken drumsticks. I got a small Box w everything wedged intogether, I should have known there was a problem but we were in a hurry. The chicken was incredibly greasy, not cooked all theway through and cold...the breading actually felt slimy on the outside. And this is a large order of fries? Though they werecertainly spicy, too spicy for me, they were at least hot. I paid $11 for what you see in that picture and it was basicallyinedible. They also had no large lids for fountain drinks, they checked the back there were none on the premises. The younglady working the registers was very friendly and helpful. The guy working behind preparing the food was definitely not. I haveto agree with the other reviews about carelessness and lack of regard for the food they're preparing. Read more
No Stars! This review made me choose one star, but this Royal Farms deserve NO STARS! This place misunderstands the use of the... gloves when serving food. Handling everything else in the kitchen, and then they serve the food by the handful, instead ofusing the tongs, which were right there. Never saw them change their gloves... Never say them wash their hands... I saw themcontaminate the food. It's like they think the gloves are to keep their hands clean, instead of protecting the food. Nasty! This place is brand new, too. Such a failure. I thought having a RoFo nearby was going to be great, but it's just adisappointment. Read more
Filthy restrooms, workers who could care less, coffee from machines that's absolutely watered down and deplorable, a filthy... kitchen that makes your food, and wonderful excessively high prices. On the positive side it's a new store and the gas pricesare low. My conclusion: a place only to buy gas but never to go into the store because it is run by completely incompetentpeople and the workers could care less with no accountability whatsoever. Went there now on two different occasions the chicken is hard and seems they dont change it out unless they sell it... the mac... and cheese was room warm... the fries are squishy and rubbery. If your looking for chicken or food stay clear. The first timethe biscuit was like hard and over cooked this time not as bad but. The hot dogs are under cooked and was cold. They just openedand this is how they are doing peoples food? Dont get me wrong the staff is very nice but they really got to work on the food. Read more
I would not go here or work here. They don't change the oil often enough so it makes the food taste bad. The also have people... who work there with anger issues so you sometimes hear yelling in the store. They also don't pay their employees the right wageand lie saying it is a mis print. Some people their are good but it is not a great place. Read more
I?m sure I was like everybody else excited at a Royal Farms coming to the area but it is many total let down. There is no caring... concern in hand wanting up the food the girls cross contaminate constantly they think their gloves are for keeping their handsclean. I?ve ordered five different times from this place the last time I stood there for 10 minutes waiting while I watch theolder ladies hustle around touching and moving everything in sight the lady fixing my sandwich literally went into the backstore room grabbed a bunch of boxes of stock turned around and started handling food again with the same gloves on. Their pricesare ridiculous they?ve gone through the roof three dollars for a chicken leg 279 for a hotdog. The only good thing about thisRoyal Farms is it made Jiffy step up their game and start offering better food and service. Read more
I purchased a medium gourmet coffee and a breakfast burrito with chicken. I asked for it to have salt and pepper and ketchup. It... had nothing on it except for hot sauce. They didn't even put the cheese on there as they were supposed to. The women making thesandwiches don't care about anything and they are sloppy. It's reflected in their work because they can't get their orderscorrect even when there are only a few patrons in the store. On the positive side, the sandwich did come hot and they chickenwas very good inside of it. Royal farms has a problem because they have zero quality control. The coffee out of the machine wasterrible, it was light brown in color even though it was supposed to be medium strength. It's clear that they are havingproblems with the kitchen staff and their coffee machines. Too bad because it seems like a nice store, a brand new one, and it'sa great location. I won't be back. Placed an order. Daughter picked up. Got home half the order is missing. They gave a sub instead of a wrap. You call no one... answers the phone just goes to voice-mail. Should have paid attention to the reviews. What we did get was horrible some of theworst food i have eaten. Never will return. Will stick with sheetz Read more
