We always have a great time here. The service is always great, the cooks are so much fun and engaging and very funny. The kids... enjoy it tremendously. Read more

Used to work here, and safety hazards to employees are sorely unaddressed. Servers, check the tile in the tiled standing areas... of the hibachi tables to make sure there is no oil on the tile which will make you slip and fall onto the sizzling hibachisurface? Read more

You have to try the new Crab Cake roll. Big time lemon boost and crab. With the wasabi and some soy sauce. Awesome!!! Still... wish they would bring back the Las Vegas roll with the lobster sauce but this is way up there with it. Nick H Read more

I've been coming to Sakura for over 15 years. It normally is always a fun, delicious experience all around. Unfortunately i was... here Saturday Night 8/6 and i had a less than pleasurable experience. The waitress Abby was not very friendly, on top of that Iordered a beer and she remembered everyone's else's at the table except mine which i had to remind her about. The chef we hadwas also not good. Not only was my fiancé and i popped with hot grease from the table (which I've never had happened everbefore) that left blisters on our arms. He also did not season my chicken livers what so ever. No butter, lemon, spices etc. Iwas extremely disappointed in the whole experience all around and i will not be returning unless Sakura reaches out and tries tomake amends- Read more

I enjoyed this place. The food was good but my salmon was overcooked. Everything else was PERFECT. The servers were attentive... and the price was right. Will definitely pay them another visit. Read more

Love the food, wait staff, chefs, but what a laughably strange experience with the teenage hostess. So assuming there?d be a... bit of a wait on the weekend (I?ve got young kids and waiting around busy restaurants for a table isn?t the easiest), I calledahead to see if there was, you guessed it, ?call ahead seating.? Was told, ?we don?t do that, you can just come in.? OK, not aproblem. So we show up and upon walking up to hostess and saying, ?Hi! Table for 6 please,? She asks, ?do you have areservation?? Stunned, I answered, ?no. I actually just called a half hour ago and was told you don?t do that here.? Her replyas she laughed, ?no, sorry, we don?t say that to people.? End of discussion. Confused, I said, ?ok then, table for six, please.? She replied with, ?there?s going to be a wait.? Hm. I was sure I must?ve dialed the wrong Sakura earlier. Doublechecked my phone to see it was in fact the same place. I approached the hostess again and asked her, ?did you know that someoneanswered the phone here earlier and told me you don?t take call ahead seating?? Her reply, ?that?s right, we don?t. But we dotake reservations.? At this point I was amused. ?What?s the difference?? I asked. Her reply, ?you can make a reservation for anhour ahead of time.? I had to laugh, ?Right?OK? But why didn?t you tell me that on the phone when I asked about call aheadseating?? No reply. I went on, ?If you told me, I would?ve made a reservation and come in at that time instead of waiting here20 minutes with a party of six including kids. Why would you tell me you take reservations now, when I?m here in person, but notwhen I called on the phone asking specifically about?reservations?? She just stared back at me. ?OK sir, if that?s what youthink.? To cap it off, I pull up their Google reviews and see someone from two weeks ago leaving almost this identical review.I had to show the hostess that review on my phone (I was bored standing there for 20 minutes). ?Did you know some o Read more

Fast, efficient, friendly and oh so delicious. These guys know what they're doing. I was not disappointed with the service or... the food. It was a fun experience watching the chef prepare the food right in front of us and he tossed shrimp at us to catchwith our mouths at the end. I had the tempanyaki steak and shrimp and a roll of their spicy tuna. Their miso soup, probably thebest I've ever had. Definitely worth a try. Read more
