The poor management of this location is unreal. We got the worst customer service tonight that we ever have at this location. We... got our food (after being told to hold on at the screen for 10 mins while the girl told us she forgot to clock in then she?s onthe headset as she walks outside to get in someone?s car for a good 2 or 3 minutes. Once we finally ordered, we got our food Inoticed my tots only had cheese and chili. I told them I asked for loaded. Instead of them just tossing the bacon and peppers onit for me, the girl decided to argue with me that there?s no such thing as loaded tots. In the same sentence she says I shouldhave asked for them. Well, I did but you just said they don?t exist so you have them or not? She then proceeded to tell me theydon?t have peppers. I said well that?s odd because I always get them and she yells at me that they only have jalapeños. Lasttime I checked, that was a pepper but okay. She slams the window shut, then walks away yelling about it. Manager comes over andtells me I?m being disrespectful (as her employee is yelling across the place.) I ask for my money back and she tells me no thensays I?m getting a refund. Last time I checked that meant the same thing. This place is probably the worst managed one I've ever seen. The stalls, a key unique feature of sonic, usually are never... "opened". Their lobby, also not open. Drive thru only. Very slow. Had to wait extra because they literally gave my food tosomeone else instead. Never seen such a badly managed place before and don't intend to come back. I enjoy sonic food too, sothis is disappointing. Read more
Absolutely the worst food I have ever tried to eat. Waited 25mins.in drive through to throw $23.72 in the trash , even milk... shake could not be drank, how can you make a shake and it not be cold???!!! How can it be suggested that it's real ice cream????1st time and last time!!!!! Read more
What a pathetic establishment (at least the Westminster location). Arrived around 1:00pm and pulled up to a booth. I pressed the... service button and was rudely told ?stalls are closed, pull around?. So I pulled into the drive-thru with about 5 cars ahead ofme. I waited 10 minutes without movement, so I decided to leave and drive around the building. The drive-thru window was vacantand 4 employees were sitting on the curb, smoking cigarettes, including the manager. It was a complete waste of time and I?llnever be going back to this location. Been to this location a few times. These last two times have been the worse. The tater tots are too hard, the onion rings were... too. My chilli dog looked like someone took a bite out of crime on one end. I had to ask for another. The staff there are fewand it needs to get better. Please get better or I'm going to Arby's. Read more
This is just so unfortunate and quite frankly ridiculous. I arrived at Sonic today at around 10:45am. I had ordered ahead on... the app, so I parked in a stall and checked in. I didn?t receive my order until 11:10am. My sandwich was smashed, my drink hadonly a thin layer of ice on the top and was warm (I ordered extra ice), and my Medium Buffalo popcorn chicken arrived plain, ina small container, with no sauces. I also ordered fried pickles which tasted amazing, but were extremely soggy and barely warmat all. My daughter?s kids meal was crushed in the bag. I ended up going through the drive through since my husband had askedfor tots while I was waiting. I sat in line with only two cars ahead of me for 25 minutes. The woman who took my order had avery hard time placing the order, even though it was only plain tater tots. I gave this ?fast? food restaurant 2 stars solelybased on taste and kindness of the employees. One employee in particular (Rashawn was the name on my receipt) was very kind andpatient. Good god, worst Sonic ever. Don't go unless you want to wait a half hour to be served. Also, with most fast food places, when... you order on the app you let them know when you arrive and then they start preparing your food. Sonic prepares it when you orderso that when you arrive it's cold and gross. Read more
