So, I don?t know if these are checked, but the coffee has been AWFUL lately. I don?t think the right ratios/grind is being used,... cause it has been actual mud the past two trips. Iced coffee too, not just hot. I just think a refresher on coffee:water, grindis in order. Its pretty bad, y?all. Read more

This place was amazing until all the good staff left. They are constantly understaffed, cannot keep the good staff they had or... do get more then they last maybe a few months tops. It has just turned into a complete mess of not opening on time, running outof products, and no one seeming to know what is going on. Safeway needs to get their act together and do something before theylose all their customers, coming here used to be super convenient, now I am better off just driving the extra ten minutes downthe road. Do better. Edit to 4 star: Maybe they listened, but I can say that things have gotten a lot better! Shout out to theamazing Christina, Kelly, Meghan, and all the other rockstars that deal with the crazy on a daily and still manage to do it allwith a smile on their face and friendly, kind demeanor. The manager was very personable as was the entire staff! Seeing as my order is an unusual order, I really appreciate our barista... Molly for going the extra mile and doing a great job making our order! I understand the others talking about the line but thatstands to reason seeing as they do such a great job and try to ensure customer satisfaction!! Changing from 5 stars, to 1 star. This location was fantastic, see my original 5 star review below. Unfortunately this... location can not hold onto it's good employees. Everyone worth keeping has quit this location and moved on to other locationbecause the management is horrid. The workers at this location have been under paid and appreciated for some time and managementrefused to make improvements. Formerly my go-to Starbucks but now employees that are here are temp employees that don't care asmuch as any of the ones that were here a few months ago, and it shows in how customers are treated Management, you reallymessed up not taking care of the good employees you once had. ***Original 5 star review*** There are 3 starbucks locations inthe area. A full drive thru location, a target location and this one. This is not a sit down location, but I'm not here toreview that as some other reviewers decided too, that's not a fault of the location or people that work here. This is mypreferred Starbucks, hands down they are the best. Polite and friendly, remember my order, which I didn't expect, always make mydrinks well. They sometimes do get those customers that are in a hurry and are rushing them, I've even stood in line and heardcustomers behind me badger them about going slow (these women do not move slowly, they are always efficiently taking orderswhile making the experience pleasent for their customers) they take things in stride and contiue to be as pleasent to thesenasty customers as they were to their nicer patrons. I had a customer service issue today, with a grocery store employee , notwith the starbucks employees, yet the Starbucks Manager Emily? Apologized and insisted on covering my drink order. Unexpected,as my issue wasn't with them, but I could tell she wanted to make sure my experience coming to that location enaded on a goodnote, and it did. I have tried to get a drink 3 mornings in the past two months. Every time the drink I received was not what I requested. Every... time the same woman took my order and gave me something other than what I asked for. This Starbucks location is terrible now , all the old staff is gone . They use to be great ,no long lines now your waiting 5-10... min just for them to take your order. Everyone use to be super friendly now the new workers are rude and act like they don?twant to be there . They never have what you ask for now , which is crazy . Since everyone left and they've had other employees from other locations fill in, it's terrible. The employees don't even want... to be at this location you can tell with the attitude your given. Whip cream I am told is Dafeway but they're out for 2 weeksstraight at a time. The line goes to produce most mornings. You get something you don't recognize as your usual drink the last 2years, so you know what it should taste like! Read more
