Funny how the don?t show you the scale like the Hanover location. After paying for my treat I thought to my self man that?s kind... of high. I always get the same thing/amount. When I went back in immediately and asked why it was so much. She said because yougot the medium one. I told her there is no way that there is 20 ounces in this bowl. I sat it back on the scale and looked overat the weight myself and it was only 12 ounces. She wouldn?t do anything?. She also asked me why I had a bandage on my neck. We?ve tried a few times now and whenever we go, the toppings aren?t refilled and the handles are sticky. Hardly ever have... napkins out. Tonight there were two worked sitting on the counter both on their phones while half of the toppings were empty orhardly had any in the bucket. Neat place. Good frozen yogurt and also non-dairy options. Delicious flavor options and combos, and you get to dress it up with... all the toppings you wish from the toppings bar. Another perk is that as far as dessert and treat options go, this is amarginally healthier option (they even offer fresh fruits and various nuts etc to top it all off with). Good food. This location was disappointing at the time we came (9/14/2021). 5 of the machines were broken with very limited flavors, as... well as the tablet to get/use points and coupons. Hopefully they get this place fixed up soon. Read more
I came here for the first time on Friday after hearing about how good it is. Friday is Fill it Up day where you pay for the cup... for a certain amount, [3,4, or 5 dollars] and fill it as much as you want. The frozen yogurt is the best I've ever had and thereare so many choices of flavors and toppings that I could hardly decide what to get. Everything is delicious and this would be my#1 recommendation for ice cream. Read more
Only gone once with 2 kids. You pay by weight here like a typical frozen yogurt or topping place. For my mixed cone and 2 cups... for girls total was FIFTEEN DOLLARS. Great place! I think it's the best in town. They're always nice and hardly ever out of anything. Kept clean, kiddie stool in the... bathroom which helps my back with the kids, also they have a chalk board for kids to color on. Read more
We stopped by this location today for some frozen yogurt. When we entered the store the employees were on their phones and it... smelled very strongly of Lysol. Another customer came in and piece of plastic fell in her cup. Overall it wasn't a goodexperience. Read more
