Rude and incompetent manager. I ordered food via delivery (because I didn't have a car at the time) and never received it. I... called and the manager said he'd reimburse me. After a few weeks, I noticed I still hadn't received my reimbursement. I, nowwith a car, drove to the location and told the manager about my issue. He berated me and tried to gaslight me by misreading theapp (he said the street name, Pennsylvania Ave, could not be delivered to because it was in Pennsylvania). Id like to start off saying i genuinely enjoyed the food and the smoothies here. i came here a few times and had good... experiences each time, except for my last visit. i had gotten three smoothies one night, one for me and the other two for two ofmy friends. all three smoothies were different but all three of us had gotten HORRENDOUS food poisoning from them. i dont knowwhat the common ingredient is in them but we know for sure it came from the smoothies because it was the only thing we hadgotten and the last thing each of us had that night. the two stars is for the first couple of pleasant experiences ive had butyou guys really have to check the ingredients or expiration dates on things because getting people sick is the last thing asmoothie joint should be doing. we would have loved to return but its hard to do so when you know it had previously made youviolently ill. I have been here 2 times. Both something bad has happened. The first time when they first opened I found a hair in my food. The... second time (today) I got a quesadilla and I almost broke my tooth on a piece of chicken!!!!! I couldn?t tell what was in thechicken to almost break my tooth because I got sick right after out of disgust. I don?t understand why a piece of their chickenwould almost break my tooth but I am completely fed up with this place. Read more
I ate here once and I will not be going back. I got two smoothie and a sandwich and wow were they cheaply made for the price.... The smoothies tasted like slurpees from 7 11 more then it was a smoothie and the good was just cheap processed meat. The peopleand the service were nice . Read more
We order smoothies and food for delivery. Our smoothies were delivered by no food. Contacted the driver and he said contact the... store. Conracted the store they said contact door dash. Neither of them were any help so we had to drive to the store. Once atthe store no one wanted to take accountability. They remade our food but we did not get our sides with the meal. I love this place. I go here very often and everyone is so friendly. The man that makes food, Adam, makes the best food I always... enjoy everything so much that I have to go at least twice a week! The smoothies are excellent. I?ve tried everything on the menuand they are all delicious. Read more
