This is consistently the absolute worst McDonald?s I have ever been too. We actually stopped going here for the longest time... despite it being just down the street . Decided to give it another try tonight out of desperation because the whole family issick and not up to cooking. They gave me half my order and had me pull into another spot to wait for the rest. Worth it with the deals on the app. Without that, horribly overpriced for what you get. Drive thru cashier should always OFFER... the receipt, especially when using a debit card. I shouldn't have to ask for the receipt, but often do have to. Food isinconsistent and sometimes the same Crispy Chicken Deluxe sandwich is made fresh with a hefty piece of chicken, other times coldand greasy with a puny little thin piece of chicken that I should have driven back and returned at $5.19. I ordered a ice cream cone thru the drive up. Went to pickup window to find out the ice cream was not cold enough and he put it... in a cup with a cone on top ??? I hesitantly excepted the order. 2 hours later I became ill. Sour stomach and otherunpleasant things. I had tom leave work 3 hrs early I called the manager to tell her to clean the machine. She said it isroutinely done???? She questioned if I was going to hospital and I told at the time I didn?t think so. Later that night mywife said I should. I didn?t go. I have read stories about not ordering ice cream from McDonald's. Because of that reason. Never again will I go back for more. Read more
They try, but they never get an order correct! In future, I will physically open the food there to make sure it is correct! ... They just can't seem to get something as simple as a Happy Meal "plain" cheeseburger correct! This was the third time! Youwould think I would have learned by now! How do you forget bacon on a BACON QP BURGER?! Like how. It doenst even make sense. And yall rush us out the line we cant even... check all the food and if i do catch it before i get home i have to get back in line to fix the order. Pathetic. Read more
It's a very attractive McDonald's. It has all the state-of-the-art McDonald's equipment. It's a very good location. It's clean... and the Staff is very nice and helpful! I used the app to order and it worked like a charm. I revised my review and recommendthat anyone who can should download the app, sign up and use! Free food, earn points and do the online orders. Been going here for years, the quality is fine but the workers can't seem to get orders right ever. There was only 3 other... people in the drive through with an empty indoor dinning. The McDonald's in Westmont was very spacious. The Playland was huge. The children had a good time.
