Only one person in the store was able to properly communicate with me when I went in there to pick up my pizza. When I asked for... a cup of sauce it took them ten minutes of ?searching? for it but then came back with nothing so I had to ask another person tohelp me and then they charged me for the sauce. Never shopping here again, first of all I been waiting for an hour and thirty minutes for my food even though the store said... thirty, I eventually just curiously opened my door and the driver left my food outside in the snow! I specifically told theperson to have the driver call me when he was here he didn?t knock or call and just left it outside and everything was all coldand wet and we couldn?t eat it yes they gave me a refund but I wanted my food remade and they refused to remake it saying Iwould have to pay for a whole other pizza! this location's pizza is good, HOWEVER whether your order is taken properly or at all has been the main issue i've had. hours... are not consistent with other locations. Take out says 1am, but the store completely closes at 12am.unfortunately i cannot orderonline for this location either when i want the pizza the same night so i have to call the store for my order. wish papa johnswebsite allowed me to order via other locations. when the order is correct the nail it on the pizza, but main issue isservice/customer satisfaction Read more
Order Pizza online for delivery it took them almost 50 minutes to deliver that pizza. Place an order at 1.48 P.M get it deliver... at 2.43. I called to see why i did not get delivery and guy reply me the delivery driver is on the way which was from last 30minutes as per their tracking system. I asked to make my pizza well done and i got well burn as you can see i the picture. Ihave sent this to corporate but never ordering again. Read more
