I went there for the first time recently and overall, I thought it was pretty good. When I walked in, the place looked nice and... the staff made a point to say "Welcome!", so I enjoyed it. Now then, onto the food; as many other reviews have pointed out, thechicken was moist/tender and combined with the sauce was even better! I got a chicken sandwich and lemonade and was prettysatisfied with it. If I absolutely had to say something that could be improved, maybe a little bit more seasoning on the friessince they tasted a tad dry (but it could just be me). That said, the meal was still good in general, and I'd recommend givingit a try if you're in the area! Read more
Good chicken finger lunch but someone apparently lost my dine-in order. I waited patiently about for 10 minutes for number to be... called and finally inquired at the counter. They asked my name which was not asked for when I placed my order. I showed myreceipt and they prioritized my meal...but no explanation or apologies given for the long wait. Read more
Tried for the 1st time during our trip to Illinois and became a fan of the chain! Very friendly people , trendy insight, great... look and feel , there are disco lights hanging ????, and I am serious ! And the food? huge pieces of chicken fingers in thesandwich, curly fries were great , not over cooked and not at all salted ! The chicken was very soft , the cane sauce can bepurchased for I guess 35 - 40 cents , but that?s a must ???? Highly recommend! Read more
Today I decided to go in and see the inside of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers as my previous visit was at the drive-through... lane. My dinner was excellent as the chicken seemed to be more crispy and the toast more crispy than with the take-outcontainer since I have to drive home with it. I loved it tonight! The chicken was so moist on the inside and so crispy on theoutside and the pieces of chicken were generous. The fries were standard and the sauce has a spicy taste but mild which shouldappeal to kids. I ordered the 3 finger combo which really was plenty for me. Note though that the Cole Slaw only comes with thelarger size combo. There was one standout employee tonight 2/5 at about 6:00 PM. They had no name tags on so I couldn't giveher praise here. She had a blue sweatshirt on. I noticed she did her job diligently and swept the floor, straightened thechairs, wiped the tables, moved the yellow caution sign and put it away, replaced napkins, and when I went to the trash can toleave she came over to me and asked if she could help and took my dirty plates and threw them out for me. Excellent. Iattended the grand opening as well and noticed that there seemed to be team building and merit awards so seems like a nice placeto work. Every night when I drive by I have seen a steady stream of traffic at the drive-through and many cars parked so itseems to be generally popular. Read more
