Best coffee bar in the area. Good selection of local coffee. Standard Grill is delicious, I really enjoyed the Korean Fried... Chicken Sandwich. House salad was really good, had handmade crouton. We have been customers for a long time. After checking out today, my special grocery bag was full of tomato sauce. Terrible... packing that ruined my bag and I ended up washing various items at home. Customer service had a terrible attitude, not sorry andsaid the most they can do is a $10 gift card. My suggestion was to train the personnel, I do not care about $10. However, great/prompt response from Jarred, who offered to replace the damaged goods and addressed my concerns. Read more
Grocery store with restaurants! Very neat concept. They also have a *lot* of prepared foods. The variety here is amazing. I... could find a number of organic and inorganic foods. The staff here are very friendly! On more than one occasion, they have goneout of their way to make sure we are taken care of. For example, a family member couldn?t eat a dish and they comped us bygiving us another dish for free. They were so nice about it and didn?t take our money (we wanted to pay because the food wasjust fine, they couldn?t eat it due to health reasons). Anyway, a great place! I just had the most extraordinary experience & it?s due to an incredibly professional & friendly young man by the name of... Jack!!! Listen you simply must stop by & have for a more healthy option: they have this Green smoothie (my apologies forforgetting the exact name of the Green smoothie) that is so delicious & healthy & just in time for the upcoming season yousimply must try the Carmel Chai ??!! This young man recommended both drinks & I loved them! Jack really made my day! It?s sofunny how far loving what you do in life, professionalism, kindness & a smile can do for someone! While shopping in the store Iwas wowed by a young lady by the name of Veronica! Again, apparently Standard Market has a niche for hiring fantastic, friendlyprofessionals who not only do their job well, but wow the customers by going above & beyond the call of duty with kindness!Honorable mention to Karen & Tori for smiling through the phone!! I?d been here multiple times before the pandemic so I was excited to come back but our food was mediocre at best. The Buddha... bowl was terrible. There was so much sauce and so much red bell peppers. A few other veggies but it was too saucy and did nottaste good. The Cobb salad was okay. The only good thing we had was the drip coffee! So yummy! They have a simplee u but it's pretty much anything you have a taste for. One may think it's a little weird having a... fine dining experience in a grocery but once you're seated by the candle lit tables next to the fireplace, you'll forget allabout it. Read more
