I'm not sure if the two star is suitable... but first and foremost I come through here pretty much every day on my route and... enjoy their service and food.... so blame the employee that decided to get smart with the customer is the reason why I'm leavingthis review... so all of their electric screens were not working so she showed me a small menu I ordered the chicken tender meallater my meal was called up and they said it was a five piece I said I did not know that they had a 5-piece I thought it was athree piece.. and I was very pleasant when I said that I asked her when she rung me up since I could not see the menu was therea choice for a three-piece and a five piece she said yes and then I asked her why she didn't offer me that she got smart andsaid do you need a refund and then walked off and said something behind her back asking what the problem was under her breath...after I heard her if she would have gave me the chance to answer I would have explained to her the problem which was not a bigdeal that she blew up about was to ask if I wanted the three or five piece not just charge me for a five piece verydisrespectful Read more

Food was fine but the cashier asked if I would give to a charity 3 times.. I told her no the 1st 2 times she asked then... explained that I give to a children's hospital every year.. Just think it's rude to keep asking for a donation when a person issimply wanting to pay for thier meal. Read more
I don?t get to Westmoreland often, but when I am passing through in the morning I always stop at this Hardee?s and get a chicken... biscuit with cheese, tomato and Mayo. EVERY TIME it is fantastic! Perfectly made biscuit and a huge piece of chicken. Top thatoff with fast and friendly service, it makes my day start off great! Kudos to this crew! Read more
We went through the drive-thru. We had to wait for a moment for the food to come out but I think it's because we had ordered a... milkshake. I had a Angus thickburger which was delicious. The meat was tender and chewy and didn't crumble up like a lot ofburgers do. Hardee's has great food and that's why we stopped there when we're on our way through Westmoreland. Read more
