Polite, covid19 compliant, bilingual staff serve endless treats to Westmount folk with a smile. If only Dairy Queen had a wider... entrance, customers would not knock into one another or the less agile clients. The staff at this location were super friendly and efficient. There are plexiglass safety dividers at the front as well. We... really enjoyed the Oreo brownie ice cream cup. This location has gone through new management since I last came / reviewed it - I can definitely say, with confidence, that the... new owners / management are significantly nicer now. Everything is clean, service is snappy, polite, and accommodating, and theiced cream is great. The manager is often working there and they are extremely friendly and reasonable, easily agreeing tosimple changes to blizzards like swapping vanilla iced cream bases to chocolate. This location has become my new favorite, and Istrongly recommend it. Read more

AMAZING service!! Asked for Halloween cakes in the middle of July because my kid is crazy about spooky stuff (she insisted on... having a werewolf and a ghost cake) Stephanie did an amazing job decorating them. Kept me in the loop every step of the way(Even when I had to pick them up a day early) She had just finished her shift and went home before I arrive to pick them up butif she reads this?
