Eat here often. My family and I love their food. Check out the CEO and Texas hot dogs. They are very tasty and the service is... usually great. The young lady who helped me, Ale, was beyond nice and helpful. I forgot what burger I usually order and she spent time helping... me figure it out. I was at the ordering station for about 10 minutes thinking (no one was behind me). She didn?t mind, was verypatient. Ale also gave me some delicious suggestions. I haven't been to this location in a while since i had a bad experience. But today was the best experience i had at any burger... fi the food came out very good the fries crispy and the Manager was amazing she was everywhere asking the customer how waseverything, cleaning the table and taking charge of the whole restaurant. My families experience at this location was excellent.Starting with the ordering process. The food was brought out to us in a... timely fashion. The hamburgers, fries and onion rings were hot, fresh and delicious. The CEO hamburger is so savory. The onionrings are the best I've tasted. The ice cream was tasty and of good quality. We really appreciated the superb service providedby one of the employees, Ana Karina. She greeted us with a big, friendly and warm smile. She was incredibly personable, caringand extremely helpful. The staff is comprised of incompetent high schoolers who continuously disregard direct instructions on how to construct simple... burgers. To those with allergies: I suggest choosing a different burger spot or driving the next town over to the next BurgerFi.I have severe food allergies to milk, and within the last 6 months I have received burgers with cheese a total of 5 times aftertriple checking there was no cheese option clicked. Therefore, I made it a habit to check the bag of food before leaving thepremise to ensure I did not spend $20 just to be poisoned. I have went back countless times and made them re-do it. To which theteenagers working back of house snottily replied: ?but it?s not real cheese, you know that, right?? Thank you Chad, but cheesemade in a factory still has milk! I disregarded these experiences; however, tonight was the moment I accepted I cannot supportthis location of BurgerFi anymore. On my burger this time was, what a surprise, cheese. But not a whole slice? the workerspreparing it clearly realized they made a mistake as they very obviously scraped it off the patty, leaving cheese residue allover the burger. I did my typical routine of checking to make sure they did not put cheese, saw no visible cheese when the boxwas open, but clearly now I need to tear apart the entire burger to check as they are now hiding the cheese, or ?lack of it?. Great spot for above average fast food. The quality of the chicken and the beef used for their burgers and sandwiches is always... on point. Definitely a go to place for good burgers. The all-day breakfast burger is a personal fave. Ceo is also a great option. The... price was quite high but the food is high quality and very filling. I also love the truffle fries or onion rings, however I'musually to full to finish the whole lot. Overall: Amazing food Negative: Can be pricey Recommend ordering single side forsharing.
