I've been going to Cold Stone for as many years as they have been open (many years) and as good as this establishment is... consistency in serving customers has been so variable from employees to serving size to amount of ingredients. Their training isinsufficient. A business run by children is inappropriate. BUT the quality of the product and the menu selections are quiteattractive and adequate enough to persuade to return (lucky for them). And the existence of their coupons also helps to convinceone to return since their prices are not that enticing. Read more

I loved the banana and strawberry ice cream with marshmallows mixed in. We were disappointed that the young lady helping us... didn?t even offer to mix one of our orders for some reason. I feel like that is the cool part of this place- and the young ladyjust put the order of two flavors and two toppings straight into the cup and handed it to my man. He thought she was going tojust plop it on the cold stone after putting the ingredients in the cup- but then she just handed it to him? I think theemployees should always offer to mix it- rather than assume. Thankfully for the second one which was mine, she did offer to mixit before she put it into the cup. Anyways, their employees are friendly and the ice cream was delicious. Read more

First let me say, that was the worst ice cream I ever tasted. For the $8.00 price for 1 scoop of ice cream I would have rather... bought Hagan Daz. Your ice cream sucks. Read more

Don?t come in person here. The online orders take priority over the walk in customers

DON'T EAT HERE! Save your money!!! Very poor quality and even worse customer service! Found multiple long hairs in an ice cream... cake purchased for my son's 16th birthday. When I called the store to report it I spoke to two rude employees who didn't wantto provide their name "because of store policy." Finally received a call back from the manager Andrea and I advised her we boththe cake there the night before and had the receipt for the purchase. proceeded to tell me that she would refund my if I"actually bought the cake" there, insinuating I might be lying. That is yhe.least they could do for ruining his birthday cakememory. When I brought the cake in for the refund, I got no apology and I was told we can't do anything else to theinconvenience, per the owner, it's our policy. Terrible service! They will not stay in business continuing to provide that typeof service recovery. Read more

Can you imagine paying over $17 for 3 small ice creams only to have to throw 2 of them away because it wasn't ice cream but... rather sugary liquid. I don't think they put any effort into mixing the ice cream and allowing it to harden on the ice platebefore dumping it into the cup. Such a disappointment and waste of money. No one wants to drink their ice cream. Update on mycomplaint, the store manager Andrea called. She asked about my experience. I told her it wasn't about the customer serviceaspect but rather the quality. She seemed nice at first and I thought it was genuine. She offered a refund or to replace the icecreams if we came back, I told her I don't live in the area if she could refund it without me being there. That's when shetotally switched personalities. She went off at me about how she has us on camera eating the ice cream when we were given it,ummm isn't that what you do when handed an ice cream ? We did what anyone else probably would do, eat what you can. In myhusbands case, he did even if it was barely 3 bites and then threw it away because the waffle cone was soggy and the rest of itwas liquid. She proceeded to raise her voice and stated that we don't need to come back there again and hung up. After thereview I was over it, I wasn't bothered anymore. Then she called and really set my mood off. How are you a manager when youcan't even manage your attitude and deal with a situation. How do you offer a compensation and then turn it around on thecustomer and go off on them. I remained calm and wasn't given an opportunity to finish my statement because she hung up. Read more

Ordered online. The order wasn?t ready when we arrived; in fact the staff said they often don?t get the online orders. Despite... having two staff working, only one was scooping ice cream at a time, and as I got my phone to prove I had indeed placed anonline order, they took the next customer who had a big order. So...it ended up taking a while, despite having ordered ahead. The guy switched out with a girl who didn?t care about me proving that I had ordered online, which was nice, but she got theorder wrong and made a small instead of the large we?d paid for online. We only noticed when we got home. Now, I?m trying toget a refund for the overpayment, but apparently the owners are in Singapore and they have to approve my $6 refund of thedifference in price. If you?re reading this from your penthouse there, maybe have a little trust and authorise your managers todo refunds under $10? Honestly, you?d be a fool to pay these guys a penny without seeing them make what you order first. I?mreally disappointed with the customer service solution so far, and I?m hoping they fix it. They offered store credit instead ofthe cash back, which I turned down. The whole discussion was an argument with the manager insisting she couldn?t make anydecisions, only the owners in Singapore. We?re both out of work at the moment and this was a special treat. We paid for thelarge so we could slowly enjoy it over a few days and get the best value for money. Normally, we?d only have ordered and paidfor the small. All we?re asking is to charge us for what you gave us. Is that so much to ask during these harder than usualtimes? I guess maybe times aren?t as tough for the owners, but I wish they?d have a bit more compassion here. (The picture ofthe small, not large...it wasn?t very tasty actually, too much brownie) Read more
